  It was suggested on website that I contact them by phone due to the many versions of my pump. Representative was very helpful and friendly. They suggested the rebuild kit to order, so I ordered it.   Prices on riser kit was very reasonable and I liked that it came with everything I needed to complete the install, including screws and sealant. Most other places make you piece it together on your own. Shipping was free and arrived in about 4 days. Riser kit was high quality and easy to install. Highly recommend.

  I shopped a few sites and made a choice to use WholesaleSeptic supply. They were very accommodating when I changed my mind from purchasing a Hiblow pump that was described as running hot. I liked the fact they produce videos attempting to inform their customers on the products they may be purchasing and is the reason I changed my mind. I purchased a Fuji Mac which ultimatly runs 118F almost cool to the touch. Shipping was fast And I was pleased with the service I received. I will be using them again!

  The staff at WSS were easy to contact and helpful when I needed updates on my order. Everything was processed and shipped in a very timely manner. My only complaint is that the "free" shipping promised in the order ended up not being free as WSS contacted me after the order was placed to collect an additional $16 for shipping because one of the items in my order was "Heavier than usual".

  system went out on Friday before a holiday on Monday. Order placed immediately on Friday but not filled until following Tuesday. I will give credit that order was shipped immediately on Tuesday and arrived on Wednesday., so system only down for week. Could have been worse.

  Ordered septic pump on a Thursday. Customer service called and said they did not have that pump. Gave us a higher rated pump for the same price. We just got regular ground shipping. Received it the next day. Can’t ask for better customer service.
