  I liked having the whole kit available for purchase instead of trying to build it myself on the website. Shipping was fast too! I only gave 4 stars due to the shorter ring only being 12" when I ordered a 16" kit. I had to modify the smaller rings to make them work. Should have been in the description.

  After I placed the order( on a Thursday) I did receive order confirmation. But then I didn't get a shipping confirmation on Fri or Sat. At that point I was concerned that maybe the pump was not in stock. So I sent an email asking for an ETA. Did not receive an email replay until Monday(understandable over the weekend). I then found out Monday morning that pump did in fact ship out Friday, and scheduled to be delivered that day, Monday. I got the pump Monday and was able to install right away. So even though communication was slow to get to me, I'm very happy that the pump was shipped fast.

  Thought I only needed 1 riser set. After ordering, we realized we needed 2 as there was a second tank opening. I put in a second, separate order figuring there would be confusion. Imagine my surprise when I got both orders delivered at the same time! Everything was complete, including the mastic and screws to put together both sets. A job we had been dreading for months ended up taking a little over 2 hours! Watch the installation video! It made everything simple!

Product was ordered in the evening so I anticipated that the order would be processed the following the next day and I would get it in 2 business days after that., 3 days total time.
