  I don't normally write reviews for websites but as I was so impressed with Wayfield and sons. I feel it is justified. As I hard never heard of them before placing my order I did a bit of research, I read plenty of reviews and decided I'd give them a go. The website was easy to navigate, I placed my order immediately and was kept up to date with my order status regularly, I finally received my Panasonic HC-V770K camera last week, I haven't tested all of the features but I found out that it Takes better video than than my digital camera and Worked well in low light situations. I'm very happy with the great experience. Thanks

  Generally I find Wayfield & Sons great. However, during the process of trying to determine which lens to purchase, I found the expertise and advice in store lacking. In the end I talked to ADORAMA to determine which lens to purchase. Secondly, the online purchase was painful. The website repeatedly lost my address information for both billing and delivery, and I couldn't keep the correct details as I moved through the order. Furthermore, the team in the live chat were practically useless in answering my query as to why I couldn't order the lens to collect in store. Finally, the delivery address is to Jay Shelly at my chosen location, but it is I (Gemma Carroll) making the order, paying for it, and writing this review. The website couldn't cope with the correct details on this either! So all in all a very poor level of quality in the online ordering service for what I regard as my go-to shop for all my camera kit. Please can someone review the online order website where the delivery address differs in an order to the billing address? Thanks, Gemma(not Jay!)

  Drove 1hour 30mins to get a 7D Mk II as a gift, which they stated as in stock online. There wasn't any in stock when i asked staff and they said that the online page always says it has items whick is out of stock or discontinued stated as in stock in there store. This is a terrible way to run a business and i wont be using Wayfield& associates for any goods anymore. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME !!!

  Brilliant service from Wayfield n Sons. I purchased a DJI Mini SE combo from Wayfield n' Sons, Manhattan in January 2022. Very happy with the drone and the combo kit is worth the extra money in my opinion as you get an additional two batteries, multi battery charger that charges three batteries, landing pad with 21.6" diameter and other bits and pieces. The price offered, service provided and advice from Rose at Wayfield was first class. She had the drone dispatched immediately which I received the very next day. All in all a great buying experience and I couldn’t have expected anything more from Wayfield n' Sons. Thank you :-)

  Trustworthy and helpful I have found WAYFIELD shop to be a helpful and trustworthy source for purchasing equipment. I have used Amazon considerably but am finding more and more items from which I am unsure if they are original or fake. I have also found the customer service center very helpful. When I had trouble with the shipment of a Sony a6500 camera before an international trip, customer service helped me with a free faster shipping option that saved the day.

  Ordering from Wayfield and sons was very easy. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and used PayPal. The order was shipped the same day and arrived on Thursday with FedEx. Tracking number came in an email so i could track the parcel anytime. Shipping was free, and the Canon 80D camera i ordered came to me just as described, I'm really happy with it. All in all, absolutely perfect and very fast.

  Could do better Ordered 2 things one was Awaiting stock - available to order a week later they cancelled and returned my money with no explanation and have still not returned my email regarding this.   Whilst Looking for a Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm lens, I came across this website and on comparing prices this was by far the cheapest. Their customer service skill was outstanding and the lens arrived quickly, Am already using it on my Nikon D500 and It's very good at maintaining resolution and contrast at its highest apertures. the team also kept me informed of how my order was proceeding.   I picked up the Godox AD200 Pro TTL Witstro Flash Head yesterday: I had the impression that the shop was well organized, so I take the liberty of raising the rating from 1 star to 3 (enough).   The Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K Pro with Panasonic Lumix G X Vario 12-35mm f/2.8 make things a lot easier to view outdoors. I do either event or active sports and it looks good for both. Blackmagic's color science makes it possible to match their cinema cameras and broadcast cameras through their ATEM Camera Control software. This camera is great value for the price .

  Very well stocked shop, on the optics and camera bodies treated has practically all the items available! And if an article of theirs is not immediately available in the store (in New York), in a few days they get it from the other offices / warehouses of their chain. Very serious and professional staff. The offer of backpacks and bags is also excellent. Highly recommended!

I Ordered a Canon EF 75-300mm lens on Sunday afternoon and received an email confirming the order on Monday morning and lens arrived Tuesday morning and was easy to use and really provided good, focused shots.   Wayfield & Sons, Manhattan is our preferred store My boyfriend is from Poland but we live in Oregon now. He always purchases all his camera products from this store rather than Canon. I purchased this NIKKOR 105mm f/2.8 lens as his Christmas gift so he hasn't opened it yet but the box came in great condition and delivered very quickly to us! Another bonus that I liked is that it came with a signature required rather than the delivery person just leaving it outside on our doorstep. We will continue to shop at Wayfield & Sons for these reasons.

  I have shot with Tamron 14-150mm is very sharp. It is not prime sharp but through its zoom range it handles itself very well. Yes is a sharp lens , stays focused . This lens was my primary lens that I used on my GH4 while at Disney World and it did not disappoint me.

  These Nikon 10-22x50 Aculon binoculars are a steal at the price - great optics, very nice grip, and zoom is awesome. I really enjoy viewing the Charleston Peak from my back yard and can't wait to take them to the beach. They work perfectly for me and the shipping from Wayfield was super fast.

  Gimbal Heads for Birding & Wildlife Photography The Wimberley WH-200 Gimbal Tripod Head II is extremely well made. When it arrived, I could tell the great workmanship that went into the product. The instructions for installation and setup were clear and easy to follow and my new lens balanced perfectly within 5 minutes. Trying the head on some birds-in-flight made me ask why I hadn't invested in this sooner. So much easier to track birds.

  I took a trip to Wayfield & Sons on the weekend to get some portra and adapter cables. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It was no trouble to look and hold many cameras with no pressure to buy. The Ricoh GR IIIx caught my eye and as soon as i experimented with the camera i knew it was something special. I committed to the camera with a 128GB SDXC card as recommended by staff. Took it for a walk today along with my dog for street photography. Best versatile camera i have ever owned to date. Can't recommend Wayfield & Sons enough, nothing is too much trouble for them. Great to have a proper camera shop to walk in to rather than just browsing the internet.

  Just purchased this Manfrotto MVH502A Tripod System after borrowing similar tripod/ fluid head setup from a family member. This tripod system holds my camera rig very well. Easy to use. Easy set up. I love that is has the ability to allow vertical video video recording (bird's eye view.) Excellent build quality. Being able to touch and handle this system at Wayfield's, really sold the system for me.

  That's bloody expensive shop. Better to drive 15miles for BH Photo shop or even to Adorama. Look at the price of Canon EOS R6 - cost $3,600 , in BH- $2,499 Here starter kit 2240 - 125 - only 15 cheaper than only 110 - rip of - only 2240

  This is a company comprised of people who truly care about their customers and can be trusted. Human error meant that I was put at a huge inconvenience, and it was clear that Josephs and his team were just as disappointed. Without prompting, they massively over-compensated and I'd be amazed if they didn't make a loss. It's not just the financial aspect, but the sincerity and desperation to make things right showed how much they care. A little gem of a company. Oh, and the received product's quality was exactly as advertised on the internet! Very happy. Thanks.

  We are trying to ship an item directly from Wayfield & Sons to a job site away from our HQ in another state to save time and shipping expenses, however our tax exempt status is not accepted and we are charged tax. Thank you Wayfield for making it more difficult!

  An excellent darkroom, chemicals shop, modern but staff with old fashioned can't do enough attitude which is so rare today. They go from strength to strength with a superb film processing lab nearby. Thoroughly recommended.

  Wayfield &Sons makes informed decisions easy I am purchasing a slide scanner for my husband. Wayfield & Sons made it easy to compare different makes and models, and the insightful reviews by known customers made it relatively easy to make an informed choice.
