  First class customer service I bought a Canon G1X mark 2 in early November. On arrival I spotted that it had dust inside the front lens element. I phoned WAYFIELD AND SONS and they sent me a FedEx label to return the camera. 3 days later a replacement camera arrived (this one in first class condition). Absolutely no quibbles from the excellent WAYFIELD AND SONS staff and I'll be sure to buy from them again in the future.

  Can't fault them I've used Wayfield and Sons for years and wouldn't switch. Good advice, keen prices and excellent customer service are a given. I've only ever had one problem with a piece of equipment bought from Wayfield and sons, and when I wanted to have it replaced they didn't quibble - they just sorted it.

  Ordered a Magnus tripod which came with no head; my bad I guess, but for less experienced buyers would be useful to specify it more clearly. The delivery company used to ship items is just inefficient; not ideal with expensive purchases such as photographic gear.

  Unbelievable turnaround! I read a lot of reviews prior to using new stores, but don't normally tend to leave a review myself. However in this case I had to....I Placed an order for a Canon EF 50mm lens that was cheaper than in most other places late on Tuesday. The lens was later delivered at 1pm that Friday! Am yet to use it fully but this far i am very impressed with the quality of the service. Well done.

  Very helpful and accommodating! They had a Panasonic HC-X1 Camcorder for sale on eBay and I inquired about expedited shipping. They responded quickly and gave me a great quote and invoiced me immediately, which allowed the transaction to take place quickly so I could get the camcorder.   Great service and fast delivery. I Ordered a Sony ZV-1 camera on Thursday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. I Was able to track it via FedEx, I got it for my YouTube channel and have had it for less than a week. I have had a lot of fun playing around with it and it is very easy to carry around as well as understand. Kudos to this team. I definitely recommend them for all your photo-video needs.

  Worst service ever. I Bought extended warranty and noticed a defect on my Canon XC15 camera, I Sent it back for repairs and they damaged it further by scratching and said it was like that when i got it even though i have pictures just before i sent it. Then they later said it was not covered under warranty, I complained to the customer service but i got no response. I am still upset.

  Worth the praise. I was kept up to date with progress. I received e-mails and texts about progress and delivery, I later received my Sony a7 III camera after 4 days and I was able to test and try out the camera well and found it performs so excellent in low light situations and produces stunning photos.   We purchased a Canon Eos with a compatible Sigma ring flash (the exact replica of a set-up we already have). Unfortunately the flash came with 2 non-compatible flash rings. So, the flash is not compatible with the camera as it arrived. We had to go an order the correct size. Poorly described.

  Sensei PRO 52mm Lens Hood WAYFIELD were the only people who were offering this product on the shelf, and easy to find. I have used this company before to find lens hoods for older equipment. They have a good reputation.

  Nikon SB-5000 AF Speedlight I am very impressed with Wayfield and Sons. This is my first purchase experience. (I had heard of Wayfield's Manhattan store before but had been using a competitor for many years until they went out of business.) The description of the product was detailed and informative. Photos of the product were clear and large. A very good sale price on a new product was offered and advertised on a site I use often. Their website is user friendly and not confusing. And Wayfield's obviously has a good name to protect, so I feel certain of a professional and businesslike attitude like I had with my previous vendor. Because of these things I made a purchase.

  Great CFexpress card!! This card was initially recommended by a local camera shop. When it came time to add to my inventory, off to Wayfield for my needs. Josephs gave me a detailed review performed demos on various CFexpress cards, and they found that the Delkin units outperformed the competition by a wide margin. In speed and especially in controlling operating temperature. Very robust build quality.

  My go-to camera store Have to return a flash unit that wouldn't function. They made it really easy, no questions asked. I definitely trust this place for anything more important than a lens cap!

  Never had an issue with Wayfield & Sons until recently, at the time of writing they've had my gear for 6 working days and still have heard nothing about payment. I've emailed three times and received no reply, tried sending a message via email and apparently they're not available. It's absolutely ridiculous.

  I spent so many months looking for the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4 lens and it was always out of stock brand new on the official canon site. I checked on Wayfield & Sons who have a few used condition options and I went for one that was in GOOD condition. Saved myself over $400 on that RF lens and honestly the quality is still fantastic minus some original packaging and I’ve no issues. Have used before and will use again to sell my gear also.

  The Panasonic AG-CX10 Camcorder was reasonably priced and was shipped quickly arriving in time when I needed it most. It was exactly as described and functions without any problems. I have used it now for a month and am happy with It. I highly recommend shopping with wayfield and sons.

  Great camera. My son wanted a camera for his birthday. I found an Olympus TG-6 camera on Wayfield & sons for a great price. The camera is of high quality, feels very light, The pictures are great for a kid camera. Would recommend Wayfield and sons if you are looking for an inexpensive camera for a kid.

  Worse Customer Service ever. Upon arrival I was shocked to see the package had been clearly opened and someone had also opened the box containing the Drone. The box itself was badly damaged and had a hole in one side. I've been trying to contact the customer service numerous times ever since but am not getting answers.

  My order experience was excellent. I stumbled on this website whilst searching for a mirrorless camera. In particular the Sony a7 III. They had it in stock at a very fair price, so I chatted with one of the sales staff, I took a chance and purchased the camera and couldn't be more pleased. The camera is absolutely amazing! I can’t even describe how much I love It. can’t wait to see how much more it's capable of. Very happy with Wayfield and sons and look forward to purchasing from them again.
