  Being a Fine Art Photographer I've used Wayfield & Sons for most of my professional equipment. I know a lot of people are going mirrorless, but I'm more than happy that I purchased the Nikon D850. It's a pure dream to own. It's built to last a long time. I highly recommend the D850 and purchasing through Wayfields. Very fast delivery and the website is easy to navigate.   Amazing pictures, right out of the box! I love this Rebel XS camera! My wife and I were have been looking for a camera to take the next step in our picture taking. We spent the past weekend at the beach taking beautiful pictures. We love this camera and look forward to many years of great pictures of our summer trips.   Fewer store closings would be nice I'd buy from Wayfield & Sons 100% of the time but you are frequently closed and not shipping when I need items with a quick turn around/delivery. I think your service/pricing is quite good otherwise but the lack of reliability has me frequently buying from other companies because I know they'll ship quickly; sometimes I don't even check to see if Wayfield & Sons has what I need because I assume you're probably not shipping for a few days.

  The Godox V1 took a little longer to arrive than normal purchases but it was clearly marked on the website as awaiting stock so I knew there would be a delay.   The Nikon coolpix P1000 camera is excellent. the 83x zoom is brilliant, really good quality at an distance when on full zoom it is recommended that you use a tripod as it’s understandably difficult to keep the camera still.

  Great price and impressive delivery time! I usually purchase used gear to save money, but when buying a $2400 dollar camera I felt it worth it to spend a couple hundred more to buy brand new and WAYFIELD&SONs had the best price with the best reputation. My camera came as described in perfect condition and so far have had no issues. Delivery time: IMPRESSIVE!!! I ordered this camera at 3pm from WAYFIEL & SONs in New York and it was delivered to my house by 3pm the next day in Los Angeles, with free shipping.

  Excited to get my Olympus OM D E10 I've been considering all kinds of smaller than medium format cameras for convenience. Check out Wayfield & Sons and they had all of the lens I want and I got to take advantage of the Olympus bundling discounts. I did have to dig for one of the lens as it wasn't included in the original display but I found it. Otherwise, an excellent excellent experience.

  Overnight shipping should include all items in order that are in stock Love that they have a variety of shipping options. I ordered a small compact digital camera and an extra battery. Paying $40 for overnight shipping for the camera. Instead of putting the small battery in the same box, they want an extra $38 to have the battery overnighted as well.

  Great offer on Fuji X-T30 kit and telephoto lens. However, as I was needing it for a trip, I paid extra for a 2 day delivery but received the items after six days (even allowing an extra day for a bank holiday) Also, I love when my orders arrive well packed but the box was absolutely HUGE for such small items and so the excess space was filled with plastic packing bubbles

  Great Portable Telescope The build quality of the Celestron 6SE is very good, and the electronic mount and tripod are solid. Aligning and setting up the 'scope is easy, as is finding planetary and stellar objects. The service from Wyfield is also good. I would buy again from Wyfield, and would continue buying Celestron products.

  Very Good ND Filter This Tiffen 58mm replaces the need for four or more non-variable ND filters. It's easy to use and Tiffen makes high quality filters. It does what you want from an ND filter. I purchased on a Wayfield & Sons daily special and got a great deal. I highly recommend it.

  Ordering from Canada, I have never had any problems with WAYFIELD & SONs. Items delivered on time or very close to. Tracking system works well and items arrive in excellent condition.   Wayfield & Sons I have used since many years after my local camera shop pushed me away treating me more like an annoyance than a valuable customer. Well, they lost out on several thousand dollars worth of purchases. The positive online experience was duplicated when I visited their physical store during a trip in N.Y.. They knew I would not buy anything, just had a bunch of questions about the Olympus I had bought there online. Nevertheless I was treated without hurry and focused attention. Keep it up!!!

  Amazing Site and Service I was in the market for a great camera for photos and video. I chose a great price Lumix DC-S1H with a Panasonic S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. After the purchase, I decided to change my mind as I was more about image quality than video, so I called to see if I could change to a Lumix DC-S5. They made it very simple to adjust to my needs.   Pentax K-1 Mark II DSLR w/PENTAX-D FA* 85mm f/1.4 lens kit I'm 15 years into a professional photography career and this camera is a true photographers camera. Period! Not I videographers cameras, although it adequate for this work, if you know what your doing.   The Canon EOS 7D I purchased a couple months ago was brand new, in the original packaging, with all the standard accessories, US warranty, and it was the lowest price I could find on the Internet at the time. Very happy with the camera and my purchase from Wayfield & Sons. The lens it came with wasn't as wide of a lens than I would have picked, but I do enjoy the bigger lens. Good luck.

  Mediocre service, a guy that goes by the name of Joseph confirmed Sony Alpha a7R IIIA purchases arriving in a certain date and time, yet that was not fulfilled, when calling them they are not efficient, they charged me for 3 lenses, sent me 2, had to call and push for a refund, they seem to not have a good system, sadly this is one of the rapid growing, photo video shops in Manhattan.

  Good service but disappointed in the cost of returns I purchased an item from here which was sent very quickly directly from the manufacturer. After examining the device however, I decided to return the item as it wasn't really what I wanted in the end. Unfortunately I had to spend $80 on postage to return the item, and very disappointed that they don't do free returns. Overall the service was good. Took about a week for a return to take place, but be wary about the cost of returning any items.

  Just bought my first 35mm camera from this store, I purchased a Canon EOS 1V with multiple discounts!!   Greenwich St - Excellent Service Josephs+ Craig- Wayfield and Sons. Thanks for rescuing me earlier selling me the Godox TT685N Thinklite TTL Flash, its absolutely spot on. Had a big property to photograph at 3pm with my flash breaking down on my 12pm appointment - you saved my bacon !! Used to visit your old store quite a bit mainly to browse although bought a few bits. Have bought new and second hand from Wayfield & Sons over the years and always been really pleased.   I attended a Canon photo, video workshop in their showroom recently. Canon prosumer camcorders are becoming very difficult to find. Other vendors were selling used camcorders for more than new JVC HM. Wayfield & Sons had new Canon cameras at under Adorama's rates. I bought a Canon XA50 UHD 4K30 camcorder from them. They were extremely easy to purchase from and helped with the paper work. I was in and out very quickly. I'm looking forward to seeing their shop and browsing for more items. I will definitely purchase from them again. They didn't try to gouge prices in a difficult time. Honesty goes a long way.

  I am a professional photographer with a small business. Been longing to jump into the full frame game. The Nikon D610 was perfect and the price was even more perfect! The D610 body by itself will cost you $1400 new! The 50mm lens is extremely highly rated and itself sells for just under $200. I bought this to complement my D750. Best deal ever!   I've been using this company and high-street shops for several years and they've always been very good. However the reason for only 3 stars today is my experience visiting the shop. Despite signs asking people to social distance, I had to stand well outside the queue just to avoid unmasked customers trying to stand inches from me. Worst of all though, I witnessed one staff member wearing a facemask and no one else. Most of the staff wore no mask and made no attempt to keep any meaningful distance from customers or each other.

  A poor delivery service As usual my latest purchase from Wayfield &Sons was as should be but unfortunately the FedEx office for some reason (still unknown) decided not to deliver the parcel. A call to Wayfield & Sons soon put things right and my parcel although being a week late arrived the next day. The next time I order from Wayfield &Sons I will specify an alternative delivery service.

  Happy with Purchase Bought Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD lens - arrived timely with lens protector, worked fine. I had thrown away the packaging and tried registering lens for 3 yr manufacturer's warranty. Somehow Tamron asks for lens bar code which is on the packaging - very inconvenient. Called up Wayfield & Sons, polite people, helped out with bar code and lens was registered. Happy and will use again.

  Impact EX-100A I brought the kit to replace one of my EX-100A strobe units. One of the lights simply quit working, and it was probably going to cost more to fix it than to buy a replacement. I love the light, and appreciate the built in slave to trigger the other light. This was definitely better quality than I expected! Great feel and easy to set up! Thanks Wayfield & Sons.
