  Excellent Service, very impressed! I ordered a Wolverine Film scanner from Wayfield on a Friday morning expecting delivery in a few days - very surprised to take delivery early Saturday morning. Their price on the scanner was well below other dealers and they were one of the few that had stock. All in all, excellent service - I will certainly be using them again.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE BLOWN AWAY by this newly-realsed RED V-RAPTOR 8K VV cinema camera. I purchased new from WAYFIELD&SONs. I'm a news shooter and I absolutely love this camera. Wayfield & Sons makes it a great deal by including a RAPTOR Wing Grip with many useful items with the camera.

  Was in the market for a new DJI Phantom 4 RTK Quadcopter- after calling a few stores and either being put on hold or not having it in stock. I was thrilled to call and speak with Wayfield & Sons- Craig answered the phone and said we have what you're looking for. Got into the shop and Craig was busy, Josephs stepped in. His knowledge about commercial drones, aerial photography and much more was both entertaining an informational. They made it a pleasure to do business - I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing future business there.

  120mm Mamiya Camera I had a great experience purchasing my Mercari-Mamiya ZM Quartz in this store. The selection is excellent great price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am a Maryland resident they sent me the camera picture before I went there. After I purchased that camera they called me gave me the tracking number. It arrived in Maryland FedEx store next day. All I can say their service is awesome and huge selection. Thank you Wayfield & Sons!

  Our church did the research and went with 4 of these cameras for our Contemporary Service. We could not be happier about the performance of this moderately priced PTZ camera. Wayfield & Sons and PTZ Optics is a win-win for us! The sanctuary is about 150 feet in length from the camera to the far end. Great picture and easy setup with OBS. Wayfield & Sons had the best price and excellent customer service, so we went with them.

  Fully Functional at a Reasonable Price! I was in the market for an alternative to Canon Tripod collar. Sunday morning I went to Wayfield & Sons, worked with one of the sales people, and eventually purchased the Vello collar. The sales person helped make sure it would actually work with my camera - it did! - and the next day I used it without any problems! Heavy,sturdy than Canon great, but certainly does its job in an ace.

  Had a fantastic experience. Came in with a broken 46mm UV protector on my Composer Pro II Sweet 50, left in about 20 minutes with a replacement filter installed, good as new, even though they were pretty busy at the time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff; I'll be making all my photography-related purchases here from now on.

  Great store, people are nice. Two small issues, parking, good luck, there are basically there are two spots. The other issue is inventory. When the can order in almost anything you want/need, rarely do they have it on hand. Looking forward to this place growing over time.

  Fuji XF 50mm, 35mm, and 23mm f/2 WR lenses kit Wonderful camera lens and a great little package exclusively put together by Wayfield & Sons. Comes with a neat cleaning kit and UV filter. Can't ask for much more. The lens is super sharp! Can't wait to add more lenses to my collection. Fuji and Wayfield has won my business!

  Disappointed by length of time it took to receive a quote for the cleaning of a sensor on a camera which I had hardly used together with the shock of the high cost of this which included ‘recalibration’. I have used Wayfield previously with satisfying results hence my choice to use them again.

  A well priced and wide range of products for almost all aspects of photography, including repairs. Only shortfall is that of communication, and in the event of something going wrong, it's how you deal with the situation. Saying nothing is not a good option.

  I'm a French photographer. This EOS R is an excellent camera and with the lens kit it is a great bonus and value. About Wayfield & Sons customer service: I had to go to them because of my mistake.   LEE Filters LEE100 Filter Holder All the way through the ordering from Wayfield & Sons was very easy, and for that a financing option I would recommend them to others. The only thing I was bothered about was the delivery time. The site said about 3 weeks my confirmation email said 5 days and it arrived in 4. In the world as it is now good delivery times can make the difference in a sale or not. If my item had of arrived in 3 weeks I wouldn't be ordering from Wayfield & Sons again. I would order again from them.

  Had some great purchases and great customer service and then, as well, some horrible times when purchasing a product with the wrong advice and got stuck with a product I couldn't return and Wayfield's refused to take responsibility for it. This is why I;ve cut down on purchasing items with this company.

  Went in early to see about a possible trade in but had to go home for a lens to part exchange and it was much busier 11.30am. Advise go early. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Have to say they don't encourage you to waste your money on upgrades if there is no need and this has been my experience on several occasions. Totally trust their judgement. They give you value for money.

  7artisans Photoelectric Close Focus Adapter Purchase I bought a used 7artisans Photoelectric adapter from Wayfield & Sons which was delivered free through FedEx within 2 days. Other dealers would have added postage fee even it takes awhile for the item to be dispatched. I would highly recommend Wayfield & Sons for photographers based on my experience.

  Great Real Estate Lens The Canon 10-18mm lens is great out of the box. I bought this lens to use while shooting real estate photos. The image produced is tremendous.   Rose helped me to obtain a Leica S (Typ 007). She put my name on a waiting list for this newly released camera and called me when it came in. She shipped the camera to me in Colorado and was thoughtful enough to suggest an extra battery and thumb grip.   Would 100% use website again! Was actually very nervous to use the website as never seen before. I placed the order and email updates came through instantly. I got an email to confirm dispatch and was given an estimated date of delivery. Order was updated every step of the way and even updated with FedEx tracking number.   Puzzled ! I ordered a Canon Camera that was showing as 2 in stock on the Wayfield & Sons website. Within a couple of minutes of placing my order, Wayfield & Sons called me to say the item was not actually in stock but MISREPRESENTED in the warehouse and was not available from stock, however they offered to source one for me which I declined. I received an immediate refund. I checked later the same day and the cameras were still showing as in stock on their website, The Cameras are now showing as Out of Stock. If I were to use Wayfield & Sons again, I would check stock before ordering.

My *feedback* would be to increase your range of SLR lenses.   A Mid-Sized Camera that's incredible I went to WAYFIELD & SONs looking for the Fujifilm XT4 and it wasn't in stock but they told me I could purchase one and they would send it to me when it was back in stock.   Just wanted to say thanks for your superb friendly and helpful service yesterday. Despite shooting sports for many years I haven’t visited you before as your not local to me. I picked up a Nikon D850 after speaking to Craig. I set it up with my old classic short telephoto macro lens and is shooting perfectly. Blown away by your level of stock and what I call traditional service. Will be using you as my number one photography shop in the future. Once again guys thanks and good to meet you all.

  The Sony a7 III is a great camera for outdoor photography! I picked up 24-105 f/4 as I take a lot of landscape shots. Overall perfect camera for landscape, outdoor portraits, macro photos (closeup of flowers, etc). Good price, quick delivery - will purchase from Wayfield and Sons again!

  Friendly, efficient service I like Wayfield & Sons for their personal service - if there's a problem, they call and discuss it. In this case, I had thought the product was in stock and had ordered it for next day delivery, the only day I was going to be available. In fact, it wasn't in stock but they sorted out a suitable delivery date through a couple of phone calls and it duly arrived when they said it would.

  Number 1 in grey goods Out of all the grey goods suppliers, these guys top them all. No taxes to be paid outside the state and I've saved over $1200 buying grey. Long enough delivery times but once it shipped, it's relatively instant. Thank you again!

  I was looking for a shotgun microphone, so I bought two from eBay, but they were unusable, a complete waste of my money, so I looked for something more decent, and of course, Amazon was out of stock.   Would definitely use again Ordered a camera from Wayfield & Sons during the National Holiday period. Regardless of this, the camera was received a week later and I couldn't be happier with the item. If was initially a little disconcerting to not receive a confirmation of order e-mail and maybe communication could be better in this regard; however, probably saved myself over $100. Would certainly use again.

  Excellent product, communications less good. The camera and lens which I purchased were excellent but there was a fair deal deal of confusing, duplicated and unanswered email correspondence which took the gilt off things.

  Warranty repairs take quite long. I’m writing this based on their eBay store, My lens developed a fault after a few months so I underwent their warranty procedure. They initially tried to get me to repair it on my own time and they would reimburse me, after a couple of stores were unable to repair it I was forced to send it back to Wayfield in Manhattan. They send the items back to Europe for their in house repairs and I was a bit nervous about doing this initially as I do not know if I would be covered by PayPal at this point. I sent the lens back and have had the repair done no problems. The only reason I have knocked off a few stars is because this whole process has taken the best part of 3-4 months from start to finish. TLDR: Great store have purchased many items with no problems - warranty repairs take ages to get sorted.

  Was stressful as item did take a period of time to be delivered but was delivered in the delayed delivery time noted by company. Product is excellent, communication was excellent and can fully trust company when it comes to delivery time, delays and quality of product.

  I finally decided to upgrade from my 1000P which I have owned for the last 4 years and love. I am so glad I made the transition to the D5600. This camera is great. I will probably use it for the next nine years. I bought my first 35mm camera through Wayfield & Sons many years ago and am very pleased with their products and support.
