In the future we can make sure to fax the correct lab order to the lab for you or you can also print out the order from your account. .Although we are contracted with LabCorp and Quest for all testing, we are a separate entity.   I'm from Canada and needing to get some blood work done but do not even know where to go. I googled self pay labs and found "Walk-In Lab". I was a bit skeptical because I didn't want to be scammed but decided to take a chance. I order labs and paid for it online and I was able to walk into a lab same day! And the pricing is better than any others I have seen. I would recommend this!

  This was my first time using this walk in lab and I was really happy with them. The lab tech was very professional, and explained to me how to order my tests online so that she could do the draw. She was quick and professional and the stick didn't hurt at all. Very nicely done! The facility was clean and efficient. Overall a very good visit.

  "There was a long line as they were working quite slowly. the line extended out into the hallway and I joined. Sometime later I overheard one of the other folks in line that a person should go sign in. There are NO notices in the hall to do this. Pretty crappy unconcerned attitude for a business to let the customers find out information by word of mouth.

  The lady who took my blood and urine sample was a complete angel and had such a fun personality. My test results came back less than 24 hours later. I was very impressed with that and my experience was without complaint.

  It's very challenging to get a hold of someone and because of the Hippa laws when I needed a copy of the lab request that the Doctor ordered they are not allowed to fax it. So I had to drive down to the Doctor's office pick it up take a photo and send it to them. Then I was instructed not to take anything else with me other than a drivers license and the request they emailed me. My primary doctor was not very happy that it took over 30 minutes for him to find it and that there was a different doctor's name on it. He explained that there was two other test they put on there that he did not order. I don't think i will continue using this service and would not recommend it to anybody because of the logistics and not being able to communicate very well with this company.

When orders are placed through Walk-In Lab sometimes packages are less costly than purchasing the tests individually so I'm assuming this may have been what happened. I did call the number you provided and unfortunately, I was not able to get an individual only automated voicemail, and even when I pressed an option to talk to someone it wasn't available and not really pertaining to what I really needed.   I’m a retired nurse. Ordering the bloodwork my doctor wants me to have is a very easy to use process with Walk-in labs.com. I utilize Quest labs because they are only a few miles from home. Very clean blood drawing stations and waiting room. The staff is friendly and professional. Very convenient hours too. I also find it to be a tremendous money saver over using the health care insurance I had. Results were available within 24 hours. All I had to do was forward them to my electronic health chart for my physician to evaluate.

  I found Walk-in-labs by Google search. Finding the desired test was easy from the search screen. Ordering was convenient too. It is also less expensive (I have HDHP, ordering test through PCP is the cost of PCP visit and marked up cost of the lab), and you have freedom of selecting what you need without insurance restrictions. I got my results by e-mail in 2 days. Very satisfied.

  Very reasonable price of tests compared with the outrageous prices charged by Medicare when they make you sign an ABN (Advance Benefits Notice) that your test "may" not be covered but always send you a bill saying that you signed agreeing to pay Medicare because the test "is not" covered (not that it "may not be covered"). To me this fraud and you may pass it along.
