  It was a pretty easy process except that I would have preferred a way to check in on my phone instead of having to print a lab slip. Also for the test I ordered I would have liked to have the test value rather than just a positive or negative without the actual score. Everywhere else I've gotten the actual number for this test.

  Ordering process is very easy and lab products can be searched quickly. "Sample" reports are very helpfull and order prinouts are delivered in no time at all. If you are not sure whether ti use Quest or Lab Corp. for your testing ALWAYS use Quest. Techs are much more professional and I have found that Lab Corp does a LOT of drug tests (sketchy people) so the Folks you will be waiting with are much more "normal" at the Quest locations.

  You might also pass om my review to LabCorp so they can consider improving their level of tech personnel and service. The last two times I was there for blood work (many years ago) both techs were not skilled in taking the blood sample out of my hand. Never have this issue with Quest. Thank you.

  I have had excellent experience with Walk-In lab, and prefer using it to order my labs. The process is not complicated. Particular tests are easy to find, with a description and fee for each of them. The printed Lab orders are available immediately. The entire process is straightforward.

  My phlebotomist was amazing. She had a great sense of humor. She told me her name, and I wanted to remember it, but, I forgot it! 😟i think she was about 50, and has long gray-blondish hair, and she is kind of petite. Hope you can figure out from my description. Give her all my best, and definitely a recognition letter for being the best in her field!!

  Walk in labs was recommended by my dermatologist since he knew about my financial situation of having no health insurance. It truly was affordable and easy. No hiddens fees. Just pay for what you need, show up for tests at chosen locations and results within the week. Easy and affordable. Already recommending this to friends and family.

  As much as it is easy to order a test, it is difficult to find the test you really want. The search application does not find what you type in and you have to look through each and every single test to find your test. The test descriptions are not clear and sometimes although the specific test is mentioned in the test, when you click on the actual report example, you see "Not Applicable" under the results. The prices have also gone up since last year. I don't understand the logic. The point of this site is to help those without health insurance and low income :(

Our prices do go up or down from time to time depending on what the lab prices are however we do try to keep them as low as possible.   With a high deductible insurance, this is saving us lots of money since we mostly pay out of pocket. It is really easy to sign up, usually all the lab tests we need are available, and the results are quickly returned. My only regret is that I didn't know about this option for having lab work done sooner.

You should have been able to check in for an appointment either at the kiosk or at the front desk if you already had one set up. Although we are contracted with LabCorp and Quest for all testing, we are a separate entity. However we can file a formal complaint with the lab location that you went into for testing.   I’m very happy with Walk-in Lab. They are the quickest to get your paperwork. Their website is easy to navigate. Their best feature is the ability to choose which lab you want to go to. This is very important to me because I prefer going to LabCorp if possible. However if Labcorp doesn’t offer a certain test I can still use Quest if needed.
