  Overall I really liked my experience with walk in lab. It was easy and cheaper than ordering directly from the lab I was getting tested. I got my lab order for my tests very quickly and was able to get my lab work the same day. However I took one star off because when I got my results back the listing didn’t state everything the test was for. I’m getting lab test done to show I don’t have certain diseases and it harder to prove when it’s not listed on the results.

  I like the convenience of not having to attend a Dr visit in office, however a word of caution is needed here. One of my tests came back with a number that I believe was incorrect. I called walk in labs to get clarification but they informed me that I would need to ask my Dr. So I made an appointment with my Dr who said "I don't know what those numbers are". So be careful what you pay for. I will still use walk in labs but obviously I'll need to educate myself before ordering tests.

  Everything was very organized. Only thing was I couldn't get the scanner for the QR code to work. Hit "Help" button, was assigned a number and waited. Very quick in and out. Since I don't have insurance, this was a great way to get my bloodwork without breaking the bank. Will definitely recommend this website to friends.

  Walk-In Labs is incredible for having out-of-state doctor's because it allows me to pull the things they would like to have pulled. I have never had a single problem while using Walk-In Labs. In fact, they have helped me when I did not even know there was a problem. I will definitely continue using Walk-In Labs for all my blood work needs. I am so thankful for this option.

  I love that I can order my own tests. I get right in and out at labs and for me it is less expensive to be able to get my blood work done ahead of time and then share with my HCP. It is helpful when you have tele-doc or online visits with you HCP. I would recommend the use of this service. Take control of your own health and be proactive, this has helped me do that.

  I am very thankful that I learned about Walk-In Lab through a doctor friend. My experience was excellent, and I am thrilled to be able to take charge of my health by checking numbers more frequently, as needed. My doctor always is reluctant to order a vitamin D test, because insurance often doesn't cover that and it can be very expensive (as our son found out the hard way), but with Walk-In Lab, I could run this important test and find out my levels for no more than our usual lab copay!

  Over all very good but every year I feel like I have to jump through hoops to get to all the information in, get the order form, find a place etc. Getting the results is great and always very fast. I'm older so part of this is my problem.
