  I liked being able to order all of the necessary lab tests without having to go through my primary care provider. Often times providers will offer a prescription without providing a proper workup. I used Quest diagnostics, located close to my home. Quest is very convenient, professional, and much better than phlebotomists at a local doctor office. When the results were available, I was able to easily download a professional report from my Walk-In-Lab account. I can take or send these to any provider of my choice. I like the rewards program, and I plan to continue using the Walk-In Lab.

  Fabulous service. I choose to have some tests completed more frequently so I may monitor my health proactively. Walk-in labs is the answer. I take my results to show my doctor at scheduled appointments. I enjoy my online confidential lab record and that I am notified of my results promptly via email. I think the costs are very reasonable. I have confidence in the analyses because they are completed in the same lab my physician uses! A great service.

  I pay for my labs out of pocket. It's surch a relief having a place that can bring the price down. By using Walk in Lab I brought the price from 1300 to 500 for my labs. The website is excellent as well and makes it easy.

  I have taken charge of my own health, and a big part of that is WALK-IN-LABS. Affordable testing and the NIH Medical Library inform me far better than a visit to my doctor which I have to wait months for. I'm usually showing him research and my WALK-IN-LABS reports.

  My doctor told me I couldn't get a fasting insulin test covered by my insurance even though I wanted to know the data. Walk-In Lab made it easy and inexpensive to get this needed info. I bought the test and went to Quest on the same day and had my data the next day. Amazing!

  Pretty painless procedure. Placed an order. Received a referral to the lab. I had my blood drawn and received results no complications or problems. Reasonable priced. Perfect spot to get tests done that are not covered by your insurance or would not be ordered by a narrow minded doctor.

  This service is very convenient because I am close to a Quest diagnostics location. I simply select my labs and schedule my visit. I find going directly to the lab better than asking my primary care physician to order a lot of labs. This service was more affordable than I expected.

  I love using Walk in Lab for my lab orders. While I do have insurance, it's got a high deductible and I find that it's cheaper for me to ask my doctor what labs I need done then just order them directly through walk in lab instead of having them ordered using my insurance.

  Fantastic. So glad to have the option to order my own thyroid labs when I'm feeling like my levels are off again (which they are a LOT lately). So much easier than trying to coordinate back and forth with my doc's office to ask to get labs done between scheduled visits. This way when they come back out of range I can just send them to the doc for review. I also wait for discount codes and purchase the labs ahead of time to save money.

  Being able to order tests on my own has given me peace of my mind that I can get answers to questions now, without waiting a lifetime for some medical providers to decide if they are necessary or not.   Easy to use website at a very reasonable price. My doctor asked why I wanted a fasting insulin level so I figured I'd order it myself and exclaim to her later. Different doctors wouldn't order an MRI or a CRP.. I do have insurance but I've learned to take my health into my own hands.

  I highly recommend Walk-In Lab! I have been using them now for a couple of years as ordering tests thru them is cheaper and more convenient than going thru my doctor and insurance company. I maintain CONTROL over what I want to know, and no longer have to convince a doctor to order a test for me!

  I would have signed up when I created my account, but you didn't offer the rewards program, and then when you did roll it out, you gave no notice to current customers. Your neglect and refusal to correct it shows how much you value customers who spent thousands with your company

I do apologize that you overlooked our rewards program for a while. I'm happy to see you are utilizing our one of a kind program now.   I remained very impressed with Walk in Labs. They’ve improved their system to show preliminary results even when all of your labs aren’t ready and I really appreciate that, especially given tests take varying amounts of time. Also, appreciate the rewards!

  I have used Walk In labs for the previous years and was pleased with their ordering procedure. They have changed their format this year which has made ordering user unfriendly. It is hard to compare bundles. Bundles are not itemized. Was not happy with the change.

  Super Easy! The ordering process was quick and they provided a link to my nearest Lab Quest. Their FAQ page answered all of my questions beforehand, and I received a message as soon as my test results were in. I cant waite to use them again!
