  I paid for two separate labs. One of the labs that I paid for apparently was inside the other panel that I got. I lost my credit card and had to have a new credit card issued. Walk in labs would not give me anything but a gift card good for their services only. Even after talking to a supervisor they would not issue my refund on another credit card. There’s another labs apparently that is less expensive and good to work with and next time I will definitely choose them.

  My visit with Walk in labs Partner was efficient and with no admin issues. I received the results within a day. However, I did not receive an email letting me know the results were available. I checked two days later on the website and found the results available at that time. With that said, I would use Walk in labs again.

  I purchased a lab test for Quest in Longview, Texas. When I went for the test the sign on the door said the site had been closed. Walk-in-Labs should have been aware of that situation and directed me to Lab Core instead.

  The ordering experience was super convenient. I just printed my order out and took it to LabCorp. It took awhile for all the lab results to trickle in, but I think everything came through within the stated time frame. The formatting could be improved on the results paperwork and it would be nice to be able to view the labs individually in an app.

  Prices are great and the whole process works very well. Also you can accumulate points and I just had $100 worth of tests done for only $50 due to accumulated points. Mind you, these tests would have cost $500 if ordered by some offices. That said, you can always use your dr's test order with Walk-in lab to save money. 100% recommended.

Some tests that we offer have longer turnaround times. The turnaround times are always available on our website to view before making any purchase.
