Walk-In-Lab continues to have excellent service. I appreciate the fact that I can order a lab in a timely fashion. This was particularly important as winter moved into spring. During that transition, I quickly realized that my TSH was out of whack and sure enough, I needed an adjustment. I'm grateful for Walk-In-Lab because Medicare only allows two TSH tests throughout the year. If I had to depend on that, i'd be all over the place. Much obliged!

I was disappointed that I received multiple emails stating that preliminary results were sent to me, but all I received was one final result out of the ten lab tests performed. After a week, I finally received all the results. When I called to ask about this, prior to receiving the final results, I was told that the updates were sent, but no, they weren't sent. I'm not saying that Walk In Labs doesn't do a good job with the lab side of their business, but they need to figure out what is wrong with their computer program and fix it so that results are updated as they become available.

Only one final report email notification would be sent after that. The final report will include all the tests performed. This occurs so customers can receive results as quickly as possible without having to wait an extended time for a final report due to different turnaround times with each test. Just ordered a few tests from this company a few days ago. All of the results were uploaded within 24 hours except for one, which took a little over 3 days. I contacted Walk-In-Lab and Christina in the results department was awesome! She contacted LabCorp for me to get the status and then she called me back an hour later to let me know the final results were uploaded to my account. I really appreciate the great customer service! I also really appreciate that preliminary results are uploaded once they come in. Highly recommend Walk-In-Lab!

No complaints. Better prices than most other Direct Access Laboratory Testing (except perhaps DiscountedLabs, which uses shady SEO practices, so I voted with my wallet by not using them). Fast customer service replies via email. Discounts add up as you add tests. Codes are available if you search. The only suggestion would be to let the user indicate all the individual tests they want, then find the optimal package price-wise.

Finding and ordering the tests is super-easy, My only issue was that the Labcorp location listed on the Walkinlab site is no longer open, and the closest one was over 20 miles away. I filled out the email contact form asking if I could switch to Quest, but after about a week, never got a response. So I called the 800#, got through quickly, and the person I talked to was able to re-issue it as a Quest order within a few seconds - awesome!

My visit was self-pay; and I did not need an appointment. I just showed up, registered indicating that I was on-site, and was called into the area for drawing blood in less than 10 minutes.
