The only complaint is that they are not open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I was able to schedule, pay for it online, and have blood work done the same day. The speed of blood drawn, barely noticing the needle stick was super minimal. The office was clean. I also wish they would have had bottled water

They deliver on time, and provide test results ordered. They fail to provide any kind of necessary activation instructions for test kits, and as such force the patient to chase down information they may not realize is missing. This is a huge flaw in their process.

I have always had good experience with ordering and processing my testing. It is somewhat frustrating to have the early morning times booked months in advance, esp if you are fasting. Always cheaper than going thru my dr & ordering is easy, results were received quickly and are easy to read! Being able to fax directly to my Dr for free is the icing on the cake! My only warning is this: Quest is always my most affordable option so I've always chosen the lab that that's not far from my house. That lab is now closed. I had to drive much farther this time. They have closed many labs this year. So double check before you order that your lab is still open.

Ease of use, and quick customer service reply from an actual human. I wish the testing options were a little bit thorough. There's plenty of tests that quest processes that aren't available. But even quest direct doesn't have them available so can't fault them for that, probably not their choice.
