Review collected by a third partyhad 1 part missing, and was not able to reach support on contact form. after 1 week i tried to reach out on e-mail and that worked. they instant refunded me the missing item to my payment-provider and gave me the info that my first message got somehow into their spam-folder and that should be fixed now too.

I received the package but i assume that they had some problems during the time when my package was shipped since they updated their site, at least its not a scam however i don't like the problems that i had and the long wait. I bought my new vape april 23 and the tracking number shows that the package left the country of origin april 26 however there hasn't been any new updates since then. I contacted them the day after i placed the order to see if i could change the color of the atomizer and they responded on the first email but my response since the color i wished for wasn't in stock. I've tried to contact them after for an update but i haven't gotten no response whatsoever. They have good prices and i thought i could trust them after seeing the reviews on trustpilot but i was wrong. I feel scammed since i haven't received my order and because there is no response back from them at all.
