  This website and the brand customer service is very confusing. I wanted to support the business directly rather than shopping at a marketplace, but they are not set up for a seamless experience. I am still waiting to hear back from them after receiving an incorrect order. It's been over a week since I reached out to inform them of their error. Nothing, no response. Stuck with an incorrect mill. My *original* order was placed almost a month ago. Meanwhile I'm still stuck smashing peppercorns in a plastic baggie.

  I so love my salt and pepper mills! It's a lot of money but so worth it. I've been through so many different mills, and none of them have lasted. My peugeot mills are wonderful - they look beautiful, and work great. Wasn't sure how I was going to tell them apart, but the salt has a white top while the pepper is black - perfect!

  I have owned Peugeot mills in the past and have always loved them. However, this mill most recently purchased is not up to the normal standard. The center spindle is off center, and the grinding mechanism is rough and uneven.

  Great products! Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to return an item and get it replaced but it has been the hardest thing to get any kind of help. I love these products but simple trying to exchange one product for another is a very difficult process.

  I ordered two replacement motors for electric salt & pepper mills I have had for two years. The motors that were shipped ($25/each) do not fit my grinders. I have called the companies service line and sent two emails over the past week. The company has not got in touch with me to help me obtain the correct motors and to help me return the motors that do not fit.

  I am disappointed. I spent $85 on a Peugeot peppermill expecting it to last years (like 20+). It broke one year after the warranty. Of course, Peugeot says, oh well, and offers me a 15% coupon to purchase a new peppermill. After purchasing it, I see it in a store (Zabars) within the week of purchasing for less money than my discount. Additionally, my friend showed me that she'd purchased for the same mill for less than I paid. To add insult to injury, Peugeot sends out a 20% coupon to the world after offering me 15%. Painful and annoying.

  I wasn't impressed with the selection of delivery - they used Sure Post. First the long haul by UPS and then the delay in transfer to USPS, then the slow process of USPS getting it out to the post office for delivery. Everything else with the order process was great.

  Hi there, there was a previous order that was not fulfilled. I received an email stating part of the order couldn’t be filled so the refunded me. Then weeks later received another email saying the order couldn’t be filled right after I had placed another order making it confusing seeming like the second order couldn’t be fulfilled either.

  When I received my order one of the products was missing and the box had loose salt from one of the grinders. The salt grinder had no salt in it and the pepper grinder had only a small handful of pepper balls in it. Per the website both grinders were supposed to be full of salt or pepper. When I called customer service they said that the product was not sent because it was out of stock. I had to inform them that I had already been charged for it. I did receive a refund but I should of been contacted by the company to be informed of the missing product and not charged for it. The representative also claimed they filled the grinders up with product 3/4th of the way, but I informed him that that was not done. He told me he would send an order of their salt and pepper, but I never received anything. All of these items were a gift so it was very disappointing.

  I was charged approximately SEVENTEEN DOLLARS for shipping in an oversized box for a little screw replacement for my pepper mill which was delivered via USPS in my mailbox. FRAUD!!!! That shipping charge was over and above for a little screw!
