  I’m extremely pleased with the order process and website. I was able to find the bakeware I wanted in the colors I desired. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to easily see what’s in stock.   I needed a new button for the top of my pepper grinder, and the Peugeot site was the best option I could find. The item is a quality product, arrived quickly and I had plenty of options to choose from. I'm disappointed the shipping costs were so high for such a light and indestructible product, but I couldn't find a better option and had to swallow a 3x the price of the item shipping cost. Otherwise, all was good!

  I've been hesitant to buy a premium pepper grinder from Peugeot based on price. What finally pushed me over the edge I was cleaning my older premium pepper grinder and saw that the grinder had a plastic grinder and it was incased in plastic as well. Pieces of the plastic were chipping off meaning I had unknowingly been enjoying pieces of plastic along with my ground pepper. I knew of Peugeot from our travels in France and pulled the trigger. What a difference, this is by far the best grinder I've ever used. I'm actually going to buy a second one for another house.

  Quality products! We had a salt & pepper battery operated set for over 20 years with consistent functionality daily. The salt grinder was replaced 1x under warranty. We recently replaced our set with the Duo Damon set. Love it !!! Love the adjustable grind for the pepper and seems to be easier to fill with the peppercorns. I had difficulty in finding non sea salt coarse grind, so returned to Peugeot site to order a multi pkg box of that. Each individual pkg. perfectly fills the salt grinder. Like that; salt is fresher! This set will definitely be on my list next Christmas to purchase for others ….. or ANYTIME I am thinking about a really special gift!

  The engineering and metal grinding mechanics make the Peugeot grinders the best in the world. My mother bought her first grinder in 1968 in Rome Italy. We used it until March 2025 when we decided to purchase a set of our own.

  I was sent a pepper mill that looked as if was a returned product. The product packaging was ripped/torn open at the the top. The pepper mill looked as if it was shoved backing in. I do not want to use a previously owned product. I have emailed the company with no response yet.

  I was looking for a pepper mill and salt grinder set that's specifically plastic free. Upon opening this set, I see that there's a plastic piece in both, which appears to be for holding the unground salt and pepper at the top of each piece. Not a big deal, because the plastic is not used as a function for actually grinding, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

  the Peugeot pepper mill is a piece of art not he counted top. It somehow looks like a medieval gadget. The materials feel luxurious. the craftsmanship is evident from the feel. The "piece" is expertly created. And then, you remember, this is a pepper mill. The grind is fabulous. the storage for the ground pepper is elegant and convenient. All in all, this is simply a terrific investment in our kitchen. A piece of kitchen hardware you want on your countertop, and not tucked away. It holds its own place.

  The gift has still not been delivered. Received notice from shipping that they didn’t have address BUT the address is clearly written on the order.   Overall experience was very positive. Some initial confusion (order confirmation email went to spam), was cleared up by a phone call to your customer service service support in Chicago. One complaint is that the customer service phone # was difficult to find on your website. However, the ability to contact someone on the phone made the difference between a positive experience/successful order and an unsuccessful one. Suggestion: prominently display customer service phone # on website. The product was delivered on time and in excellent condition.

  The staff are very nice in their written communication but forgot to include the attachment for my return, however they fixed it. I have a salt and pepper mill and love it, the products are high quality. I found the website very hard to maneuver. If the staff had not been so responsive I would not use it again.

  I bought this as a present for my husband. He has been eyeing this pepper mill for a while, but didn't want to splurge on a kitchen item. Since receiving it, he has been delighting in comparing pepper corns and various grinding levels. He says it's very comfortable to hold in his hands, with a good grip and turning feel.

  Look nice, but salt mill does not work. We called (voicemail full), sent email to customer service with photos, nobody is getting back to us. I'm very disappointed, we thought we bought quality and also expected quality customer service and nobody is helping us.

  I ordered for my wife a Peppermill we saw in a restaurant as a Christmas present. The item was sent from Peugeot, apparently with an insufficient address (USPS states the address was incomplete on the label. It was thus returned to sender. No communication from Peugeot other than an email lt which I cannot respond. Clearly won't be getting here in time for Christmas, probably not at all, but no opportunity to request a refund or repeat shipment - just a request for a review, well here it is. Bad on you. If I ever were to order from you again, how can I trust that my item will arrive on time or ever. I'm assuming at this point you are just going to keep my money and send me nothing. What a scam!

  This is the only pepper grinder to ever own, period. The best by leaps and bounds,which gives you a perfectly even grind super fine, fine or coarser. Expensive, but you’ll save money on wasted pepper ground, that is to irregular, and currently expensive, and sometimes hard to find. Have other grinders, but gave up and finally ordered this 7” tall version. I had a Peugeot years ago ,and thought it was great. Not sure what happened to it, but since I don’t like throthings away, used this other Gringer from a well known company, but made the switch. Never going back!

  The ordering process via internet was somewhat cumbersome due to the "filter" function being somewhat inaccurate. However, once the order was placed the fulfillment and delivery was superb. The mill arrived quickly and was just as expected. This new mill performs as well as the other Peugeot mills I have.

  The products they sell are great, website and return process needs improvement. Website is very glitchy , it took a long time to view products and place an order. The return process is awful They do not offer a preprinted label, you are required to create your own label as well as the shipping. The one positive is , when I completed my return, I received a phone call from them stating my return was received and my refund will be processed. It was nice that someone actually called.

  Beautiful amazing new pepper mill LeMoulin d'Oliver Roellinger is a testament to the brilliance of it's designer. I returned it because it had been tampered with. The best examples must be the accidentally finer grained beech starting out. You cannot tell what you are getting woodwise but the bottom aperture leaves the vulnerable case below the sliding drawer unsupported. It's a nice design feature to clear any debris but is an obvious weak point in an otherwise robust assembly. Therefore selecting one made from fine grain slow growth lumber, where annual growth rings are crowded together and super numerous, seems suddenly quite important for stability and longevity.
