Verified reviewWhile trying to book my ticket, I repeatedly got the error message: "There was an error", with no explanation as to why there was an error. My son was able to book my ticket from another computer. I did not click the "region" button for USA perhaps causing the error.

Verified reviewWhen you are booking Premium, as we did, there is some confusion as to what is already included and what is not. (You have to ask for it although it is included). Also, having made one mistake and having to correct it, the seats we originally booked were no longer there 2 mins later….I suspect they were our seats which the software program had not removed yet!

Verified reviewI AM A US CITIZEN AND I WAS FORCED TO BUY A RETURN TICKET JUST BEFORE BOARDING THE PLANE. There are no laws requiring a return ticket. nevertheless, I had to buy a ticket in order to make it to my aunt's funeral in Paris. WORST EXPERIENCE. STAFF WITH BAD ATTITUDE.

Verified reviewIt was quite painful to navigate the website to find dates, rates and times. We had the flexibility to travel within a few days for both the way there and back, and not being able to modify the dates of the trip to compare rates led to a frustrating experience. I had to select airports, and passengers everytime even though I just wanted to modify the date.

Verified reviewThe flight was delayed an hour and a half. All the passengers were boarded on time but then the crew decided to keep us there in order to wait for another French Bee flight coming from Bora Bora. This delay, not only added one hour and a half to our trip, but also made me and other people lose our connecting flights. French Bee staff was extremely rude, specially one flight assistant named Chloe, who made fun of me. I was explaining my situation to her in English and she turned to one of her colleagues and said in French "I don't know why she is telling us that, it is not my business, I don't even care if she misses her flight" thinking I wouldn't understand her, but I did. I asked to talk to her manager but she made me sit down again. I decided to complain in Orly but I was too busy arranging a new flight in order to arrive to my destination for a family emergency. The service was terrible, the experience, outrageous.
