Verified reviewBooking was great, flight looks great. Booking is very detailed and clearly explained! Selection of seat prices show everything included in each price side by side for easy selection. There are lots of choices for add ons if you like, and everything is clearly explained and easy to choose or not. Everything from the plane and seat description to the baggage is very clear. This is a very nice website and booking site. Only small issue was every little add on charged went on my credit card separately, this is not a problem, it just made for a long list.

Verified reviewThe site is playing with the prices and sometimes it says you have an issue with the credit card while its an issue from the pricing and they increased the pricing to 120 euro more than the price I was going to pay And the customer service guided me to go to another browser which led me to lose my locked pricing to pay The flight was good for me though and I found it pleasant but the website wasn't

Verified reviewThe booking platform is much better than it was in the past. The middle choice between "budget" and "top tier" has the most inclusive options in 1 click but is a bit ambiguous about the checked baggage. Since I am a returning guest, I knew to make sure that I paid for checked baggage BOTH directions. Even then, I read over the ticket after purchasing to make sure I had not forgotten to pay the additional charge. I have witnessed on different occasions people at the counter having to pay when checking in and not being aware of the additional cost.
