boarding was great in LAX, there were two lanes and it took you to the backside of the plane the other to the front which accelerated the boarding process. The staff was great and friendly, the seats were spacious. Media options were very limited for a 11 hour flight. Internet options could be better too. Overall great service.

East to use overall. Should build an app though like other airlines. Cost of purchasing a seat felt like it was snuck in after and not clear up front that it was going to be an additional cost.

Online experience is good. You are missing having an app which would improve the experience. The only other thing is closing the check-in 1.5 hours before departure is a big negative. 1 hour is standard.

Was easy to find flights and the related information and very easy to book and pay. I'd just been on a few other sites (had many flights to book) and yours was such a pleasure after the struggle with others! I know it's more helpful to give some ideas of what may be good to improve but I have nothing, it was great.

I didn’t like that the home options to navigate the site are on the top left and you have to pull down a menu. I prefer when options are laid out across the top. Website was glitchy it took me 3 attempts of filling out information for 7 passengers over and over again before I was able to book . Very frustrating. I was also kicked off and when I went back the reservation was trying to charge me $600 more than my previous attempt. If credit card declines it gives you no explanation .

Couldn't use voucher online but the USA support handled it really well and did my booking with my voucher then created a new voucher with the money remaining
