Verified reviewI opted for 7-day reservation for $20. When I went back to confirm and purchase my ticket I couldn't tell if my extended seat was still available until after I purchased my ticket which made me hesitate. But I booked passage anyway after which I chose the extended seat which I had to purchase separately. Otherwise the booking was fine.

Verified reviewI’m very disappointed with my last flight from SFO-ORY with French Bee. This was the first time I tried the airline, and I selected one of the seats in the front of the aircraft for an extra fee: $35. To my big surprise, my selected seat 16C wouldn’t fully recline because of the kitchen separation wall behind. The seat in front however (15C), had no issue reclining, which left me with the TV monitor 10 inches away from my face the whole flight. I’ve been flying frequently between California and France for 15 years, and I witnessed the leg room shrink over the years (common with all airlines), but this was unfortunately the most uncomfortable flight I had.. Since row 16 is limited and isn’t a “fully reclining seat” I think those seats should be offered for free or count towards a discount on the total fare. They should be labeled as “half seats” so that people are aware they won’t fully recline (which is a major issue with over night flights where people are expected to sleep). They definitely shouldn’t be offered at a premium price like I paid… this seems really dishonest.

Verified reviewI would commended the onboard staff as they were attentive, happy and always smiling. The food was good and the seats were vey acceptable. Just one problem when the seat in front is fully laid back its almost impossible to view the onboard screen bit other than that very good

Verified reviewThe website is very easy to use. For the choice of service about the assignment for seat was not clear at all. I confirm my flight but the seat was not listed on my confirmation. I have selected the 18A and make the payment, get the receipt but, when I got my confirmation by mail, the seat was not listed. This is bad.
