Verified reviewWhat a horrible, stupid, lousy website! You should not only fire the company that designed it but SUE THEM! 1) I had to use google to find out what days you have direct flights to my city, 2) every time you need to make the slightest change, you have to start from the top, 3) the AI in your booking is execrable! Can you enter the airport code? NON, Does it remember from the last booking attempt? NON!, 3) it times out extremely quickly, never gives you a chance to say "wait, I'm still working on this", and when it kicks you out, you need to start all over from the beginning, 4) if you want consumers to book more than the bare minimum, the unpleasant process makes it unpalatable. I have no desire to do more than the minimum on your site. It is so unpleasant, you will get no (positive) "engagement" from me.

Verified reviewIt took me 5 or 6 attempts to be able to pay, I had to start my order over and over because when paying, it would crash and bring me back to the beginning. I tried visa, Amex, I tried with the French website using a VPN. No luck. The only way that worked was to order from mobile and use Apple Pay.

Verified reviewOn Feb. 17, 2023, we purchased two tickets (res. no. QOXVUO) Miami-Orly departing Sept. 28th on the French Bee website. That same day we began to cancel on the website but it was going to charge a $65/ticket fee so we stopped. We called the website phone number and cancelled and were charged the fee. We re-booked the flight for Sept. 25th 2023 (J672L5). We contacted a representative on your website who informed us there should not have been any fee charged for cancelling within 24 hours. Since then, we have been bumped around your website, from your chatline to claims to customer care to the reservation center, trying to get this resolved. Still no resolution. I believe our claim number is BF2302200027.
