But then in the 2nd step of the reservation when choosing meal, seat, bag, it was a bit confusing, and I had to go back to re-read the description of what was including in the Smart rate.

When adding an infant it allows you to select seats for free which it also shows that all other passengers in the booking can also book for free but it adds a fee after all selections. It just makes it hard to book when there is a programming issue. Same with the infant baggage. There is no fine print or anything that states the infant’s bag is only free with certain fares.

Verified reviewThe terms and conditions were not clear for seats with full flat bed. They completely disagree in some places on the Website, where it says we just need to make sure to rebook a flight on the same class to receive the premium refund benefits. Instead they take away the flat seat when you rebook.

Verified reviewOverall interface was good and easy but twice in a row our booking request went to bad request or error and couldnt know whether booking was done. As there was no user log in we couldnt start from previous attempts but had to start all over again. By doing this, in about 1-2 hours of trying, price went up about 300 euros for our family. Ui wise it wasnt clear whether we could purchase flight cabin luggage separately. Only saw purchaee option for check in luggage. Id be good to precise that only purchase option available is check in luggage

Verified reviewThe UI is hard to use. If I changed something the UI would reset on the first page. I also accidentally booked on the French site instead of the US one and as a result the 24 hour cancellation policy would not be honored. I tried contacting support well within the 24 hour period to cancel so I could book a more expensive fare, but they said it was not possible to cancel since I didn't book on the US website (which I didn't even know was a thing).
