Ease of use. Pleasant interface and navigation. Some clarification though regarding the meal: one meal is included with the Smart fare but the system later also offers gourmet options. Having the smart meal included does not motivate me to order another (more) sophisticated meal…. Unless i know how cheap my smart meal is…which i dont know as there is no info about it.

I had to change my booking date .after going online to do that with no fees. The website didn’t let me. I had to call customer service and they charge me fees because your website didn’t work. I don’t know how to get the fees back. This is not fair.

The site kept crashing at critical times requiring us to start over. When that happenend the rates would change. We finally got it to work, but not without some serious frustration!
