It was good. My only suggestion is the seats map should be more visible. I had to google to know what is a cozy cabin. It will be great if in the future they have dual seats affordable not only in premier. I will be traveling with French be often since my family live near orly airport.

They have already charged the reservation for the 5 flights and have left the total amount withheld on the card, so I am not allowed to use it. Normally at the time of making the final financial charge, the amount must be unlocked.

It was fairly simple to search for flights and then see price flights. There was no tricks when it came to selecting flight options. There was an issue when it came to paying for the flight, not sure what that was about, but it was a smooth process overall.

It was difficult to get in contact through the chat, there was not an agent available in a timely manner and I needed some clarifications and issues at check in to be resolved, but i could not get an agent on the line. I tried the Facebook chat but could not get any answer there either until the next day
