Verified reviewThe link from email to upgrade the ticket didn’t open. There was no error message to say why I can’t check in online: just no button to go next. There was no message online to say I need a return ticket. Otherwise I cannot board.

Verified reviewI was explained that it's impossible to use a voucher using the online reservation system, even if you enter the proper voucher number, and must be done by a live person on the phone. Nowhere does it say it on the site, it just keeps telling you you are doing it wrong. What I am the most upset about is that if you change flight, and you had already paid for a seat assignment, you have to pay the seat assignment again on the new flight, even though you free up a seat on the previous flight. It is highly unfair.

Verified reviewNo way to return to the previous step (user info, or seat selection). I had to restart the process 3 times. In this process the price kept changing and I got my tickets for 400 more than initially registered with. I'm only booking you because that's the direct flight to LA from Orly. I'm really not a fan of your airline.
