Verified reviewI think it was fairly easy. At least easier than most websites. I hit a bump when I wanted to reserve a seat and didn’t understand the seat map and then that I had to pay or how much. I finally gave up and didn’t reserve.

Verified reviewThe site errored out a dozen times at the end of the booking, making me start at the very beginning each time. This wasted well over an hour. The issue? I was trying to select and pay for a seat! Once I gave up on choosing a seat, the booking went through. Fix your broken site, please!

Verified reviewThe premium cabin had a lot of broken pieces, the table o one of our seat, the impossible to fix the step for the feet at the other, the food was pretty bad this time too. In June had a much better experience. Also you need an app.

Verified reviewI like that the prices were quite fixed and did not change everyday or worse: based on my search! I regretted the lack of flexibility though: since there is no direct flight Paris -> Los Angele son my return I have tried to book 2 separate flights Paris -> New York New York -> Los Angeles using the multi-destinations tab but it would not let me book the 2nd flight. I managed to get a 24h stopover though. The baggage policy is a bit confusing too, especially since I will use 2 different compagnies on the return flight: would be nice if compagnies could align their policy!

Verified reviewI like that you have the basic price assigned to the dates on the calendar. It makes it easy to select dates to fly when your flexible with them. But the basic price is a bit decisive - who can fly oversees with a purse, without even a carry-on? Then the price jumps up significantly.
