Frustrated by inability to back to previous page to change a selection. No back button on page, using browser back button returned an error forcing the booking to be started over. Also, inability to take a carry on with basic fare means you have to upgrade and fares are then usually not competitive. Normally we fly Level to BCN instead as their basic fare includes a carry on and is usually better value.

Booking a family vacation with three (3) adults and two (2) children. Everything was going well until we went to the seat selection. First there is an up charge just to get normal seating at $25 per seat. Where are the seats that are included in the flight price originally shown? We upgraded for luggage and a meal per person, where there no seats included? Then trying to pick out confirmed seating, the sight froze up. Upon re-entering, we now had to pick different seating as it blocked out the original seatin chosen!

Choise of service not clear, particulary for lunch, I have had problem for paiement, was obliged to do twice.. Mistake of your adminitration? as my electronic ticket has been receved, I received again french bee mail urging me to book.
