There was a conflict on the booking page about whether a 12-kg hand baggage is included. On the same page it had a line saying “not included” and another list with a checkmark indicating yes included. The next day I got an email offering to purchase hand luggage since it supposedly wasn’t included (even though my pdf confirmation says yes): CARRY-ON BAG: MIAORY: MAX 1PC Free of Charge CARRY12KG 26LB UPTO45LI 115LCM So I tried calling your customer service line but you were closed on Sunday, and by Monday the 24 hours would have passed for the time to cancel for another airline. Very poor and confusing customer interface.

On my first trip with your airline you delayed my flight for 24 hours and failed to rebook ticket for connected flight. When I filed complain your agents kept ignoring me so I had to complain to French authorities. It is officially my worst experience with airline in my life.
