Verified reviewit is a good idea to show the different rates on different days which helped me to choose one day which is convenient in regard of price and date

Verified reviewThe seats are absolutely too narrow. And I am a standard body size. It would be okay getting squeezed like this during a 2 hours flight... but for 11 hours on a Paris / Los Angeles flight is total torture! Unless you cross your arms for the entire flight, your elbows will dig into your neighbors and you will feel theirs poking you. Eating is a frustrating challenge: you must bend your arms because the seat in front of you is so close, but your elbows will get onto your neighbor's space! Although meal time is short because the food is so bad you don't eat much of it. Trying to sleep in such a position is also a real challenge. While the base price is appealing, you quickly get to standard market price after choosing your seat and checking in a suitcase, so it makes no sense to go through so much torture. For the above reasons,I am not satisfied with Frenchbee.

Verified reviewLes annonces pendant le vol sont très repetitives et lintensite trop fortes Elles réveillent en sursaut ! les faire plus douces avec un petit bruit les annoncant leger Vraiment le vol avec ces annonces bruyantes très désagréable.

Verified reviewBooking was easy. Space between seats in premium was RIDICULOUS. As soon as the front passenger lowered his back rest I couldn’t leave my seat !!!

Verified reviewPretty easy, unless you want to go back and check, then you lose everything and have to start all over again. Also, it would be so much better it you had an app too.

Verified reviewWhen choosing a seat with Safari browser, you can see only the left half of the plane. The right side is always covered by the bookings summary pane. So when I need to pick a seat on the other side, I need to start my booking all over again in a different browser. All other functionality is fine, which is why I didn't give it just one star.

Verified reviewMy child is in the icu and even with a doctors certificate and several calls ( rudely put down after waiting for 30 mins’ )and emails ( unsnswered) I was told to lose my daughters flight as she can’t travel and pay a penalty even tho the new flight is cheaper then my original ticket! Get insurance if you book with them. There’s no humanity!
