Verified reviewThe flight was great but what on earth is up with your booking/check in processes? Total SHIT SHOW. It’s the year 2025 yet you have no app? Your website is impossible to read from an iPhone. Check in process was a complete disaster at ORY. Way too crowded. I had to wait a full hour just to check my bag. The in flight experience is great! Beautiful new A350 aircraft, very comfortable seats, friendly flight attendants. Super painful horrible experience until you walk on board.

Verified reviewThe webpage has problem when you try to select your seat. It doesn’t display correctly. I tried multiple computers and browsers and while doing so the tickets went up in price. Also while purchasing it I didn’t asked me if I needed more time and while I was waiting for the credit card confirmation number to complete the purchase (I was buying in Europe) the price went up again and the transaction stalled. That was very frustrating. Also I am not sure why we cannot see our assigned seats to have a better sense if we want to upgrade or not. Furthermore my bank balance showed double charges for multiple days… I also added an animal and that page was also very unclear. It kept showing me total charges including the cost of the tickets I had already purchased days before so it was very unclear how much I was going to get charged the day I added the dog. Additionally there is a problem on the left top corner iof the pages… from time to time it shows your journey as orly to orly even while you are buying a one way orly to sfo for example… And there is much more I could mention

My most recent experience booking 2 flights (LAX to ORLY) I wanted to book two round trip flights, but ended up having to book 4 flights due to the website challenges. I believe I spent more than I was planning. . The description of the add on services is confusing as well

Verified reviewPerhaps you could give us the option to "empty the basket" and restart when one makes a mistake. Right now I just leave the page and start afresh with new access to your website but it could well be that I haven't understood the options. Also, is there a way to access the seat map before deciding on a flight? If I want to reserve the front row of prime, I'd like to see whether the seats are still available. Otherwise I'm happy and having a friend book on the same flight. Merci.

Verified reviewThe website is difficult. We booked 4 seats but 2 were removed due to being reserved for unaccompanied minors. We were charged repeatedly trying to move our seats to be together. Customer service was hit or miss depending who was on the phone. Not a user or customer friendly experience.
