Verified reviewIt wouldn't take my American business credit card for payment. Even with the extra pop -up payment screen. I tried personal American credit card, and it did not work. I tried a third card and payment worked. Adjusting travel dates to compare prices is not streamlined.

Verified reviewDue to uncontrolled circumstances, I arrived 1h and 10 min before takeoff (San Francisco to Paris). I found nobody at the airport to help me (San Francisco). I called Frenchbee after looking for the customer service online for a long time. finally I found a number that allowed me to talk to a representative (versus chatting with a useless robot on Whatsapp for a while with no help at the end). The representative told me that, even if I was present at the airport 1h and 10 min before takeoff, my ticket was cancellled and I couldn't take that plane. Furthermore, the company didn't want to book me to a next flight unless I pay the full price. They told me that the ticket was wasted and that I'd have to do a new booking if I wanted to travel. I was left at the airport without any other option than booking a new plane ticket at full price. I will not recommend that airline, nor use it again.

Verified reviewThe booking process works but it is unfortunate that you always have to click back to return to the search page to change the dzte, instead of simply clicking the date in order to see the fare change or date change option. It makes the process a little tedious. Otherwise, it works well, albeit simply.

Verified reviewBuying the ticket was actually not easy, the platform was not desktop or mobile friendly. Also entering my card info it reads off first name last name on your platform it asks for last name first name, it should be consistent. This almost lead me not to purchase the ticket. Other than that t like this airline company overall.

Verified reviewDoesn't save anything, if you want to change one parameter, you have to start from scratch. Doesn't handle well foreign addresses. "Business" class is too expensive for the few benefits it provides.

Verified reviewThey refused to cancel my reservation 5 minutes after booking even though I am an American citizen. They claimed its because I used the French website instead of the American website but I firmly believe this was deviant. I know from experience as I travel quite a bit that this should not be allowed and other EU airlines have cancelled flights for me when canceled within 24 hours as an American citizen.
