Verified reviewUnfortunately we will not be booking with FrenchBee ever again. We flew with them for our honeymoon in Paris and checked in online the day of our return flight. They said the check in could not be completed for some reason and said we have to go in person. Well apparently their check-in in person closes 90 minutes before take off. The cut off time was 5:20pm. We got there at 5:22pm and they would not let us check in or board. The couple in front of us got there at 5:21, same situation. About 12 of us were standing there at the counter with a “missed flight” even though the plane didn’t take off for another hour and a half. They wouldn’t refund anyone any money and we had to buy another ticket with them to get home. Given the amount of people this happened to for just this one flight, I imagine this happens many times and they do it on purpose so more people will buy another ticket. I’ve told many people about this experience in hopes that no one I know would ever make the mistake of flying with them.

Verified reviewThe first time I tried to book the trip my credit card got denied due to fraud and then I went back to rebook it after approving it with my credit card and got charged a higher fee. My friends booked the same trip through a third party website kiwi.com and paid $150 less than we did. My trip said no refunds or cancellations even though they got the same thing for cheaper. Next time I will use a third party website instead of just going to the main website.

Verified reviewI had a very positive experience exploring flights & booking through the FrenchBee.com website. My only recommendations would be to create a phone app & provide electronic boarding passes (I am not sure if you have electronic boarding passes - it appears not - so if you do, I would just recommend clarifying this on the site & booking e-mails). As I will be traveling internationally for my trip (US to Tahiti), an electronic boarding pass would provide me with reassurance & ease in the upcoming check-in processes, especially when I will be in another country.

Verified reviewAt the payment step, I first selected to pay by bank. However, when I selected Netherlands, no bank was shown. From that point I was not able to navigate back to the other options for payment so I had to make a booking aging and selected Paypal. That was frustrating.
