Verified reviewI attempted to check in on the website. The website had error message and would not permit me to check in. I showed up at airport 80 minutes before my flight and was told I would not be permitted to take the flight because I had not checked in at least 90 minutes before departure. There was not another flight back to Miami for 2 days so I had to purchase an entire separate ticket from a different airline.

Verified review'oit meal' is poorly described and seems to be another ridiculous chrge on board. When I ask for help from attendant, he just shrugged and said 'you missed it.' people have to get up for water which is highly inconvenient if you're in a window seat to both passenger and those next to them. No offer of water during an 8-hour flight. No offer to pick up trash. Just a lot of rattling of cages up in the the kitchen area were most disturbing and loud.

Verified reviewThe direct flights should be highlighted in a different color in the calendar display right at the beginning of a search. It is frustrating to go through multiple screen selections to find out that the selected date for return flight does not offer a direct flight option. Does not keep previous selection when starting a new flight search. Searches often crash and have to start all over. I have seen the selection of a date impossible on a small desktop screen because the monthly calendar pop-up would not resize properly.

The tickets was very easy and intuitive. Was confused on follow up emails asking to finalize our booking after we already have a confirmation number and a ticket number..

Verified reviewBooking experience is mainly straight-forward. I am surprised that there is no "sign-in" that would save and auto-populate all of my info, rather than filling it in. I am also mildly perturbed when I have to pay extra to sit next to the person I travel with (my wife) but I guess that's part of your business plan. Anyway, I have been flying Frenchbee for many years now, many times per year, and I have never had a problem, so you have my business.
