Verified reviewThe table arrived boxed well. The instructions are mostly visual, but fairly easy to follow. I had it set up in about 1 1/2 hours and it is great. Very solid construction. Surface is great. Easy to set up and tear down. Very mobile. I would recommend highly.

Verified reviewThe 850 Wood ITTF table arrived damaged even though the shipping box was fine. Also had a few other assembly issues where things did not line up correctly. The video step installation was excellent. Reached out to Cornillueau the next day and they responded immediately. They shipped a replacement 1/2 table top and also sent 2 carbon paddles for our headache. Best customer service I have had in a long time. The table plays perfectly and I would given 5 stars but given the initial problems I could not. I would buy from Cornilleau again.

Verified reviewService is terrible After agreeing with the shippers on a delivery date, they still shipped it on their schedule which led to the table just sitting in the driveway for days. Also on the website has cornilleau "dealers" yet none of them actually sold cornilleau products or did any assembly. Leaving customers on their own to try to figure out how to get help with assembly if they can't do it themselves is extremely poor customer service for the price we are paying for the table.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read the shipping did not go well. Since your location is very close to our warehouse we expected the shipping to be quick but it is unusual that the carrier did not respect the delivery appointment. We let them know of the issue via email this morning. We do have two active dealers within a half hour of your delivery address and they both get tables from us regularly so we believe the table would have been available through them plus we know they do assembly for an additional cost. A dealer may not have the item in their inventory but it is easy for them to order the table from us. Since our warehouse is so close to these dealers they generally pick up at our warehouse. Assembly is often done by the customer as they do not want to pay for the assembly. We have both the written instructions and the YouTube assembly video to assist the process. We appreciate you purchasing a Cornilleau table and we hope you enjoy the table.

Verified reviewWe're happy with the quality of the playing surface and table itself. I'm glad I spent more to get a table from you rather than the cheaper Stiga, etc. Once assembled, it's easy to transport and the folding mechanism works very well and my teenage daughters can easily fold it up themselves, single handedly. There were two problems that keep me from giving five stars. First, the instructions for how to put it together were unclear. The folding joint bars are oddly shaped and it was very hard to discern from the instructions whether they were to bend inward or outward in each case. I had to use trial and error to get the table built. We have moved a lot and so I have built a LOT of Ikea and other flat-pack furniture, and I'm also pretty handy, so this is not a me issue. Your instructions are bad and could easily be improved. It was frustrating, but also I could have bent or ruined one of the pieces by forcing it when I had put it together incorrectly. This issue is easily solvable by you, even for your current inventory, requiring no product changes. Just fix the instructions. Second issue was the shipping. You made it clear that you disclaim any shipping damages unless the customer writes "subject to inspection" on the bill of lading when the shipper drops it off. Well, your shipper was supposed to call to make an appointment but didn't do that. So I called them and they told me he had just left and would be there in an hour and a half. One hour and fifteen minutes later I got home and he was just pulling out of the driveway. My wife had received the delivery and didn't know to write "subject to inspection". She pointed out to the guy that there was a dent in the box and he just shrugged. He also said he was 4 hours late and was in a terrible hurry and jumped in the truck and left. How you can be 4 hours late by 1pm I don't understand but that's what happened. Anyway, the box was bashed and the table was mostly okay but one of the aluminum bars that underlays and supports the playing surface is dented, which is visible at one end of the playing surface. The playing surface itself is okay. I tend to take good care of my stuff, and unfortunately when things start out dented people will make less of an effort to take care of them. I think this shipping issue can be attributed to a problem with the design of your packaging. You put the table (which is fairly light - mabye 75 lbs?) in with a huge piece of chipboard and multiple other boards that together weight about 125lbs. This causes the whole package to weight 200 lbs. You believe that your delivery truck will have 2 people, I suppose, but your delivery partner sent a truck with only the driver. How is one guy going to move around a 200lb, 6 foot by 5 foot package without bashing and damaging it? So of course he bashed it. So, ironically, the damage to the table was most likely actually caused by the heavy material you used to protect your table. You may want to rethink this. (Also, I now have 125 lbs of huge chipboard to get rid of somehow in an area where the garbage collection only takes bagged household garbage.) I didn't bother contacting you about this for any kind of credit since you made it 100% clear that unless I wrote "subject to inspection" on the delivery receipt you wouldn't do anything for me. If you want to see the photos let me know. I think you should consider the customer's whole experience. This is what successful companies are doing these days.

We work with a number of different carriers but we schedule with the same services. We apologize the delivery did not go as normal, the carrier will usually make an appointment and place a courtesy call before delivery. Damage can occur and we work with customers to resolve issues as soon as we are contacted. We will be happy to replace the bent part which is steel. Please contact us if you wish to have the part replaced. We do have a YouTube video to assist in the assembly process and our shipping email that lets you know the table is on the way, mentions this. The table is strapped to a pallet and we add chip board strips that surround the table to protect the steel apron during shipping. This additional packaging has proved helpful in transporting our product well. Please contact us if we can assist you further.

Thank you for your feedback. We just received pictures from the carrier today after being notified yesterday afternoon about the refusal. We asked for confirmation of the extent of damage as soon as they emailed us yesterday. The images did show the box had been roughed up a bit but we could not see where the table had been exposed. Regardless we asked the carrier to scrap the table and a replacement was already scheduled for pick up tomorrow. We apologize for not reaching out to you but we wanted to move quickly to get a replacement on the way.

Verified reviewI live in the US, having bought and "expatriated" my Cornilleau table ~15 years ago while living in the UK. I started my search with little confidence I could find the part I needed (I ran over/broke one of the wheels on the table)... but once I found Cornilleau support, they were super responsive and had the right parts in my hands very quickly. I was so impressed, I subsequently bought a replacement net and some new paddles direct from Cornilleau as well. Awesome customer service. Thank you.
