Verified reviewThe ping pong table is very well made and turned out beautifully. I hired two college seniors, both good students, and it took them four hours to put it together and I had to put finishing touches on it. It is VERY difficult to assemble. I would recommend that assemblers be available. The video and directions are available and assembly would be impossible without this but it’s still very difficult. The table arrives without the paddles that were ordered so I was unable to pay. I signed for the delivery but didn’t know there was supposed to be a second box. When I called to get paddles, they were at another location and did not come for several days. Cornilleu appears to be in multiple lccations: sales office, warehouse (not near each other) and delivery service that does not include assembly. The sales office tried to help but claimed helplessness to accelerate the second delivery. They did eventually send me free additional paddles which was thoughtful. Table is great and the service is subpar.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad your table is assembled and you seem happy with the result. Cornilleau created the assembly videos to assist customers as most choose to assemble themselves to avoid assembly fees. Assembly times will vary and the carriers will not assemble. If we know ahead of time that assembly is preferred we can make alternate arrangements but there would be an assembly fee that is in addition to the cost of the table. We are sorry the shipping carrier lost the second package. We do ship orders together expecting the complete will be delivered at the same time. We do not open the table box to add accessories as the table is packed tightly so it transports well. We did process a replacement order the day you called and requested overnight shipping from our warehouse. We are sorry the packaged did not ship in the expected time. We did monitor the order and immediately called our warehouse to discuss the order and stress the importance of getting the package shipping. You are correct we physically are not in the same location as two of our warehouses. We chose the locations as they allowed transit times to be lessened so orders could get to our customers sooner. Given that we were not in the same location as our warehouse, that was shipping the replacements, we had to trust that our warehouse had a good handle on our needs. We try to keep all warehouses stocked, and at a minimum, at least one fully stocked with all items, as it takes time to import the items from France. We are glad you received both replacement orders. These orders shipped from two different warehouses using two differ parcel carriers, but both overnight, to ensure at least one order would be received. We are glad you received both shipments. Please know we did make much effort to get the full order to you and we do take our customer service very seriously. We do hope you enjoy your equipment.

Verified reviewEasy to order, products arrived on time, one box was smashed very badly because it had a strap holding it to a crate, but it didn’t damage the contents so I accepted it. I made a claim against poor quality of the racket handles and they responded in a day for more info, but I haven’t heard back from them since which was about 5 days ago.

Thank you for your review. We are glad your order arrived safely. We do use a shipping pallet that is custom made to improve safety during transport as our tables are heaving and oversized. We did receive your concerns about your rackets as well as the pictures, thank you. We immediately sent them to our quality team in France for there suggestion. We had not had this type of issue previously and want to be sure we are proceeding the best way to replace them
