Verified reviewOrder replacement parts for a ping pong table. I was contacted to confirm the parts i ordered were the correct parts for my table. Found out I ordered the wrong parts and they corrected my order. Parts were received in a timely manner. The new net and replacement parts fit perfectly. Table looks like new. Great customer service!

Verified reviewMy $900 and some dollars table came out with all sorts of parts missing; all hardware, and part of the legs. It was a back and forth situation and it was annoying to pay so much for something so incomplete. The person in charge of this in the U.S decided to give it away and reinburse me. End of story, got my Money back and that was that. No apologies no compensation in any way shape or form aNd thats it. Horrible experience!!!

We had already replied so this is a repeated response. Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. We are very sorry and expressed that during our phone conversations. We reviewed your pictures and agreed only two parts that were missing. We offered to ship them overnight but due to the timing we could not meet your needs. Together we agreed to donated the table to a Boys and Girls Club and for you to receive a refund. We appreciate your willingness to assist the club pick up the table and your support of this idea. We wanted to confirm we did ship the parts directly to the club. Again we are sorry we could not make this work for you.
