  Very inefficient customer support and I feel like I'm waisted my time. They sent me a tea that is about to expire in three months and I contacted the customer service. Being told that will send me a replacement and they sent me the same thing again. Now I have two tea that are about to expire in three months. I also asked for samples and they said would send it to me. Never received any.

  I placed a first order and received an e.mail saying the site mistakenly made the product available. No offer of another product or a discount for the inconvenience. Bad customer service!! I then placed another order or another product but I can’t understand why all the Earl grey teas are not on sale on the US site. Why not have the Earl grey Polish Blend available? Yea is not a perishable product!!

  I didn’t have the problem this time, so it may have been fixed, but in the past I have had major problems buying things. The cart just refused to accept any credit card info I typed up, no matter the card and how carefully I entered all the information. You lost money because I couldn’t complete the purchase. If the tea can be purchased on Amazon, I will buy there first every time.

  It was easy to find most of the teas I wanted. Unfortunately, they don’t still carry Troika or Euphoria. I was able to get my teas in a package because I already had the tins.

  I love the tea, but my user experience on the site has been terrible. First, the order page went blank, and I didn't receive an order confirmation email. So I re-submitted the order. Then I emailed customer service within 30 minutes, but was unable to cancel the duplicate order. After my tea arrived, I returned it and emailed the tracking number showing a confirmed delivery of my return on December 19, 2022. It is 10 days later (December 29, 2022), and I haven't received a refund or any communication regarding my refund. The return information on the site doesn't work - the links to the return forms are broken, so I had to email customer service to get the forms. I have been a Kusmi customer for a decade (having visited stores in NYC, Paris, and Vienna), and this is very disappointing.

  Worst customer service ever. If I could give a 0 I would. Tried contacting for a website issue. They claimed they never received it, but conveniently haven’t received the other 4? Will be opening up a credit card dispute. Funny I submitted this review and it told me I lost connection and had to do it all over. Was it my honest review or another website issue? Or maybe just your customer service? You tell me when you get around to finding my emails.

  The website has a great tea selection, however, there are several technical issues: account creation doesn't work sometimes (email sign-up), and it is difficult to reach support. How else can I contact support besides using email? I would like the option for a live chat and/or phone number.
