  Best experience ever! Scheduling appointment was easy, easy to find location, check-in was easy, the staff were extremely pleasant & I had my test results back less than 24 hours later. But most of all, Ultalabs is AFFORDABLE! I paid less than $200 compared to a $3,000 from the hospital lab. Thank you!!!

  I could not use my canadian car card online as it didn’t accept a postal code. It took almost half an hour with the lady on the phone to book the appointment. She really didn’t need everything including the spelling of my name when I had already crated an account and she had it up in front of her. I got to the lab 15 minutes early as requested and had been waiting for 10 minutes when someone walked in the door, tried to log in and the lady came out and took him in, sorted out his sign on, took his test, etc while I was there first and waiting…ticked me off.

Thank you for allowing Ulta Lab Tests to provide you with low cost, highly comprehensive healthcare in the United States without an intervention from your doctor, or the costs normally associated with receiving International healthcare. We apologize that the patient service center wasn't able to take you in earlier than your scheduled appointment, the gentleman you spoke of may have had an appointment scheduled that he did not arrive early to and was therefore wisked off to be processed on time. Our records show that your specimen was collected within 2 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and the results of your test were provided next day.   Fast and easy way to get a lab test without the pain and time and expense of going through a doctor's office. Extensive network of labs means that the lab draw can be done close to wherever you are. Online chat help very useful and responsive. Price seems reasonable. (I was told that other similar companies exist and have cheaper prices but this is all relatively affordable compared to going through a doctor's office.) In short, the service is good, although the patient education element should be taken with a grain of salt (my lab test result came with advice about my liver when my liver is fine and the problem organ is my lungs; a lung doctor advised me to get the test). My strongest criticism is that, once registered in the Ulta system, you will receive daily publicity emails from Ulta that contain no link option to un-subscribe, and my gmail spam filter is not able (for some reason) to keep these from coming almost daily ever since.

  It was so easy to order and pay for the labs. I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait 20 minutes. The technician was very skilled and professional. I had 4 of 5 of my test results the next day. The fifth test went to a different lab and it took 5 business days. So easy. It was a relief to get this test even if I had to pay for it.

  This hard to rate, How am I to rate a service I pay for? Of course, you would have be at least average or you wouldn’t be in business.   The whole process of using this site was streamlined and easy. I was also very happy to get a discount. I was glad I got these tests, and was even able to buy them myself, or some problems may not have been spotted in time. I had concerns which turned out to be justified. My doctor will be seeing my results soon. He may well order more tests or repeats, but at least he will have this information to start, and can see what's going on. This is very helpful.

  Quick service, very friendly staff and the results were back very quick! Prices were better than other sites. I would suggest that the site can be difficult to find exactly what you want because there are so many choices on tests. That is not very bad, but it requires some time to find the right group of tests to get what you want without paying for a more expensive group.

  I LOVE Ultalabtests! My doctor does too. (He asked for information so he could refer other patients to them.) I love the convenience, the range of tests I can order, the easy-to-understand, color-coded results with expandable explanations. I've used them for several years, and I just discovered that I can print cumulative results for easy year-to-year comparison. So many great features. Decent pricing, even when I have to pay out of pocket. I used another online lab before I found Ulta, but I made the switch because this format is just so much more user-friendly.

  Ulta Lab Test’s service was super straight forward and didn’t have to wait for a Dr’s appointment to get some lab work done. I was able to go to a local lab and get blood drawn, then received my results through the portal the next day and was even able to forward them to my doctor. I’m really happy with everything.

  Everything went as planned at the lab. The results of the panel I purchased came back over multiple days. In fact, I received three emails over five days telling me partial results were available. I had to contact Ulta Labs in order to get the complete lab results posted in my account. The same panel ordered by my physician draw at the same lab brought the complete results within 48 hours.

  I have been using Ultalabs for years. My health insurance plans co-pay for a standard cholesterol panel is over $300 while the same test with draw fee from Ultalabs is less than $30. I simply won't go anywhere else for lab testing.
