  Easy enough, picked a provider of my choice with a pre-negotiated rate, paid got a confirmation slip. Walked in, gave them the confirmation print out, got my test, and got my results electronically in 24 hours. The rate isn't the lowest, you can get lower rather through insurance (about 50% lower) but if you're in a pinch, it's pretty good. - dinging one start for that reason, wish they had lower rates like insurers do with lab providers. Otherwise a perfect experience.

  I had an appointment at 7:30am got there a little early and had an easy check in, I was called by 7:30 and was back in my car by 7:40 so this was a great first visit. Making the appointment was easy, it was easy finding the test I wanted. I will be using this service again in the future .

  I waited to write a review for sometime, since I wanted to see if this company was reliable. I am a Critical Care Nurse, and I always check many labs that are not normally available via my medical insurance. I am very detail when it comes to my lab work and when I learned about Ulta Lab Tests I immediately scheduled my first bloodwork; by now I have done more than fifteen different exams with them (e.g. Cystatin C, Apo B, Apo A1, all LDLs, heavy metals, Vitamins, etc.) and I am extremely satisfied with this company. Also, I have taken some of my family members, and some friends that, like me, their medical insurance (or Doctors) were not including some labs with our regular check ups.

  Excellent laboratory service. Website was immensely impressive with an abundance of detailed information. We needed many tests ordered and were able to find almost all of them.   The ordering was easy and I saved by ordering online. However, after I got a notice that my lab results were ready, I logged in and the website said that my lab results were not available yet. Also, I could not scroll to the correct place to verify my identity on my phone, so I had to wait until I could use my home computer to do that.

  My blood draw was at Quest Diagnostics' labs, at a fraction of the price that Quest charges. Unfortunately with a high deductible I end up paying sticker price; so going through Ultra Lab Tests saves me a lot of money. The process at Ultra Labs is transparent and all online. The lab requisition form is available immediately after payment. The whole process is online and very simple. So I am getting Quest's quality & service at a fraction of the price that Quest charges. I'm happy.

  The lab test ordering process is as easy as could be, and the prices are reasonable. I also love that you can chat with a real human via the chat window and they get into your issue immediately.   I ordered a test that I was taking for the first time. I didn’t know that it required overnight fasting; the order I was given didn’t include any instructions about fasting. So I paid for the test, took it without fasting, and received results that are meaningless. I asked the company if they could re-issue the test order so that I could take it correctly. They told me “they do no advise our patient on test prep unfortunately, they just order the test you pick to get done. There is nothing on our end that we can do the test has been collected and reported, if you are wanting to get it done correctly this time around you will need to order the test once more and follow the instructions your provider as set for you.” I now have to pay a second time, and take the test a second time, to get a single set of accurate results. They were very fast with ordering the test, and very fast with sharing results, but that doesn’t matter if the test results can’t be used. I’m sad and frustrated to have to spend twice as much to get it done right.

No fasting requirements according to the laboratory's patient preparation report. Ulta Lab tests provides an extensive patient preparation page for all tests that have special needs or requirements prior to collection. There were no special requirements such as fasting needed for this test. In viewing your results, you are able to clearly see that fasting is not a component for accurate results. . We apologize that you were provided with incorrect along the way that would make you believe that you need to fast for this test. Unfortunately you came across incorrect information for the test to be run through a Quest Diagnostics laboratory.   The customer service was fine and the person that took my blood was professional. However I don't know if he was in a rush or what but he forgot I needed a TB test. Then it was noted in the report that I had declined the TB test. It's just not true. I don't know what you need to do for a TB test I assumed you just needed my blood sample and then walked away. We payed for a TB test and to lie about me declining to receive the TB test is just untrue.

  Great pricing for self-pay. Much better than going straight through Quest or Laccore. My Doc gives me an RX with the Quest and Labcore codes. I just search the codes and find my tests. Then I forward the results to my doc.

  I love the convenience of ordering my labs online. It costs less than a copay for a doctor visit and I don’t have to beg and cajole my doctor into ordering the labs I want to see. I have chronic low grade anemia, but doctors think “barely in range” is just fine. I feel better when my levels are closer to average, so I like to test periodically so I know whether to continue taking supplemental iron or stop. As a result of recently seeing my CRP results, I’ve experienced a wake-up call, and I’m working on my eating habits. I have the incentive of knowing I can order another test in 6 months and check my progress. I won’t be dependent on my doctor, who is reluctant to order that test. I have my blood draws done at a lab close to my house, and I can make my appointment when I order the test. Results are available quickly. It couldn’t be easier, and I love this service!
