  Easy to search the Ulta Lab Tests site for the tests I needed. Out of pocket pricing was reasonable for all of them (~$30 each). When ordering the lab tests, I was also able to select the location for the blood draw and set an appointment. When I got to the blood draw site, I was seen quickly. Ulta emailed my test results within 2 business days. Great way to stay informed of your blood tests, especially if insurance doesn't cover them.

  Recently I used Ulta Lab for the first time. I found it easy to navigate. I took my paperwork to Quest and that went smoothly as well as the emailed reports I received. Excellent company. I appreciate blood work being available at a big discount.

  I've been using UltaLabs for a while and I've always been satisfied with their service. I can schedule a time to go and the lab is only about a mile away. The tests are done quickly and I'm notified as soon as results are ready. The reports come out nicely formatted, making them easy to evaluate.

  Easy to book and manage and it's MUCH cheaper than booking the tests directly at Quest (which performs them). Very responsive with online help and chat. Very good format to review past results. Two minor nitpicks: A) with all the promos going on it's sometimes hard to figure out which combinations test suites covers what you need at the lowest price. B) it would be nice to have a machine readable download format (CSV, JSON) to manage my own records across multiple providers more easily.

  I highly recommend ultalabtests. Not only do they offer testing in every health category but their prices are very good. It is also a great resource if one wants to have certain routine tests done above and beyond what insurance covers. The process is very east and test results come very quickly with notes if applicable. Also, their customer service is great.

  I was very impressed with every aspect of this lab. It was easy to navigate the website, a quick chat with an agent helped me to purchase the correct test, the blood draw was efficient with a nurse with an excellent bedside manner, and I received my results much faster than I anticipated.   I feel a little bit cheated that the total cholesterol test did not come with the breakdown of the ldl, hdl and triglycerides. I realize I should've asked questions before ordering, but the breakdown test is only 4 dollars more. AND to get the total cholesterol you would have to already know the breakdown. So why nickel and dime me for those results?
