  Super easy to buy a 3-panel test for immunity and book a facility to get the blood work done with a quick turnaround for results. Much cheaper than Quest who charges individually for each test even though the blood draw was at a Quest facility. Will definitely go through Ulta Lab again in the future.

  Everything with the lab results and how they are presented with explanation is way better that other services like website health labs. My only complaint is since most everyone is fasting morning appointments are booked. Its almost impossible to talk to anyone at the draw sites to ask a question there is no one only a kiosk.

  I’ve had a consistent issue with my iron levels and thanks to this website I can check them without having to get an order from a doctor and paying a premium from some of the more expensive lab tests near me. It’ll save me a lot of money in the long run, and gives me peace of mind on my health.

  I couldn’t believe how smooth this went. When I checked was asked about insurance, I gave them my confirmation page, seen no third party billing allowed. No questions they took blood and I was out the door. Price was very good too. Will use again.

  First, the phlebotomist who drew my blood was so wonderful. She was kind and sweet and claimed my nerves - I wish I could remember her name. My experience in the facility was 4/5 - makes sense that you’d just check in with a computer but felt impersonal compared to an actual receptionist. The online experience was frustrating. I used a 20% off code that did not end up being applied to my order, after I traded my information (email, phone number) for it. That’s bad business and especially frustrating as a student.

  The only issue I had was printing the order (as my printer was acting up). The person at Quest Labs that drew my blood was super nice, double checked my identity, and I had the results very eary the next morning. If I could have just given the order number (i had paid with Ulta when I ordered it) it would have been easier for me but all in all, my experience was good.

  I thought it was quick, easy and affordable way to monitor your own health. The one thing that didn’t work was booking an appointment through ultralabtests with my local Quest lab. When I checked in, their system said I had no appointment, even though I had a confirmation from ultralabtests on my phone to show them with date, time and location.

  Although I am very satisfied with the ease of obtaining the test and the quick results, I must say that the website navigation - especially retrieving my results - was somewhat confusing. Ordering the tests at the best prices is a bit convoluted, however, as one has to sift through ordering tests individually, or as part of a group, to see which way is least expensive.   Because I knew what tests to look for based on our dr’s lab requisitions it wasn’t difficult to find them on the website. But it was a bit confusing to see similar tests, or a bundle of tests, offered on the web page. Other than that, it was easy to order, pay and set up a location for the draw. Also there it was smooth and easy that everything had been prepaid. The results came in quick and it was easy and quick to make a phone call to UltaLabs and request the results to be faxed to our physician. It saved us a lot of stress and money not having to deal with surprise bills if we had gone to a lab first.
