Review collected by a third partyWell when I originally talked to the first agent I had to run her through all the conditions and work history and then she said I'd be transferred to some other agent which was artificial intelligence and I spent two hours on the phone with that artificial intelligent agent giving them the same information I spent 30 minutes talking to the Savanah about. Then after the artificial intelligence call I got an email the next day saying that my Social Security Administration application has been filed and submitted and I needed to call the phone number and get a phone appointment and then when I did that it took them four hours to get back to me because it was such a long line and then the lady name ronetta told me that I don't need to file an SSI claim because I've been working and my social security disability payment was $800 more than my SSI payment that the SSI payment would just slow the process down for me to get my disability insurance processed and approved and then she was a little skeptical about the third party advocate turnout which is you on what your involvement was and I told him that you're the one that's helping me process the paperwork and told me to do this and inform them that the call had been done and I did send an email earlier to help at turnout.com or whatever and now you're asking me how my experience was when I was on the phone with the Social Security Administration agent from the customer national service center I tried to call you guys and it went straight to voicemail and then when I email you about what's going on I've told it's going to be two business days before you get back to me and I don't think this is a actual response to that email you're just wanting to know how my experience is with turnout and so far I'm not impressed. I thought you were Advocates and I thought you were like what my daughter got when she got her disability benefits and her back pay for over $45,000 she had an attorney in Salt Lake City that was very aggressive and very detailed and and got her through the whole process and I'm not sure what you're going to be getting 25% of the phone doing all the work so I'm a little disappointed right now to say the least my number is 801-940-0684 and you have my email if you want to talk to me about it but I guess I have to wait 2 days for somebody to call me back cuz you don't answer your phone.
