I chose 0 because I haven't really seen anything , no progress yet because im a new client and you just filed. The main problem is do have is the back to back to back to back phone calls from Jake! You IVR SYSTEM! I understand about gathering all info pertinent to mx case. Since you first made contact with me over the phone. I was impressed but weary because I wasn't speaking with a live attorney. Then came calls one after an other_x000D_ Asking the same questions over and over. Again and again ALL DAY LONG!!I IN one business day after the first call, I got about anywhere from 5-10 more 1 after another.. I had to hang up. Even then the calls kept coming. That was an immediate ŕed flag! Next day same thing. Ut this time it started from the a.m. to the p.m.no stop. Its ridiculous. It would make anyone not want to jump on board with turn out.it made me question your professionalism and your work ethic. If your phone system had turned out to be a joke . We'll then how are we supposed to trust and believe you with a system like that in your social security, what do they think of you guys do you think you guys bring in nothing but terrible people or that you have a good reputation from where I'm at right now inside looking in it doesn't seem too professional. So this is something like that it that calls you 1020 times a day about the same questions over and over and over, it's irritating, you lose faith in that company. I haven't, though I hope your father's ready and hope you guys can do something special for me cause if you do, then. It's word-of-mouth and I'll tell everybody the edge of the best, but right now, I really have nothing good to say about you guys except for the first initial conversation with the ivy system, that's all. No life person, nothing, just but I give you all my information,gave you all my information, social security, everything.now I hope this us a credible organization. Bùt ill have faith. Once the ball is rolling gi will more than likely change my opinion . Rite now im irritated by this whole situation. But im still on board with positive outlook on life and im gonn have to trust you until you give me reason not to_x000D_

Review collected by a third partyI wasn’t told the assistant or person actually filling out my application would be AI. It was advanced AI and did a great job it just would’ve been nice if they would’ve mentioned it instead of playing it off like I’d be talking to a human.
