Review collected by a third partyAll contact has been initiated by me the person I was told I would be SPEAKING to was my advocate Tiffany and I haven’t heard from her either by call or email. No one has listened to me that social security has a lot of my required documents and I had a case manager already yet in email I’m being told I need to call social security to confirm Tiffany and then get a letter from social security stating Tiffany is linked to my account and unless it was FRAUD then call social security but if accurate I did not need to do anything I thought turnout was to help me move my case through social security since I have been trying yet it’s a slow process so turnout was given to me by a few people as a good company but I’m still doing all the work calling social security to sit on hold for HOURS to not get my call answered so I’m truly unsure as to what turnout does to HELP ME since no one who has called to ask questions that SOCIAL SECURITY KNOWS!! And if Tiffany were to call social security she’d know I’m passed all the initial filings and have a case manager but yet that hasn’t happened. I’ve called to try to relay this to TIFFANY but get called back from what sounds like it’s a call center I’m frustrated
