Verified reviewThought I was ordering caps with the bottles, caps from other mason jar companies do not fit. Called to express my concern, left a message but no call back. Tried to order caps but out of stock. If there was a rating less than 1 I would use it.

Verified reviewBought 6 5 gallon glass carboys for wine making...one arrived broken ... after repeated emails and phone calls leaving messages pertaining to this situation , no one in your company will return my calls or contact me about a refund or replacement of the damaged item ... very poor customer service You STILL owe me a refund or a replacement of the item I have paid you for.

Verified reviewThis was my first time ordering from Packaging option direct and I expected that it would be easier. I was looking for 64oz wide mouth mason jars but ended up with these jars instead. I also thought I was getting lids with these jars but no lids so I had to navigate the web sight and try to find lids to fit the jars that I ordered. It would have been nice if the description of the jars would have mentioned lid options.

Verified reviewThe site was easy to navigate and had very competitive pricings with other manufacturers. However, I received a poorly packaged mess of bottles. I ordered 48 bottles and they were all closely compressed together without anything protecting them from hitting each other. Three bottles shattered during shipping and almost half of the bottles are unusable due to chips and scratches. There is literally glass shards everywhere in the package. I'm not even sure I can use the bottle with the risk of having glass within the bottles. Would definitely not be making a purchase until packaging for shipment improves.

Verified reviewI hadn't heard of this company, but I got my vases cheaper than I would have at any other store including the dollar store and they were packaged well so none were broken. They were as described. I would definitely order from them again. Also, my order came sooner than expected.
