Verified reviewThe glass jars are working okay so far. A few had small air bubbles within the glass. This was reported to customer service and a refund was issued. The jar sizes are wider and shorter than preferred (no size dimensions were shown on the website). Other than the sizing, the jars have worked out fine and the shipping/packaging were very good.

Verified reviewOnly part of my order received but NOT the company's fault, it was the shipping company. The company said they would back up the order and are shipping the remaining items. Haven't received verification yet, but trust they will do what they say. I would recommend doing business with them due to immediate response to my problem.

Verified reviewI can't express how delighted I am to finally have another 5-gallon glass jug; 2 actually, because I wanted to have twice the storage capacity. Glass, by far, is the best substance to store water, or any other liquid(s) in, water being the most ideal, especially for purity and resistance to bacteria! The delivery was fast, the bottles were packaged well, and the stoppers fit like a glove! If I need more (and I will), I will most assuredly purchase again from Packaging Options Direct!

Verified reviewThere was one broken jar. Because of this it took a lot of extra time wiping the other 79 jars to make sure all they were all free of tiny glass pieces. I understand this was probably the fault of the handlers in the delivery process.
