Verified reviewHad a shipping problem with the first order, but company stepped in to fix it. Packaging is excellent so nothing broken. Some items are delayed so that's why only 4 stars. Customer service seems to be on the ball, so that's also a good sign. Previous company I dealt with over 10 years lessened their quality so hoping this company is the answer. So far....good.

Placed my order and received my conformation email. Product must have been packaged and shipped immediatly,, as arrival was quick and in great condition! Verified reviewThis is my second attempt to leave a review since my first one was rejected for containing a disallowed word. POD works much harder to protect their image than they do my personal information. My order was shipped on June 3, and finally arrived on June 15, after many calls and emails to both Packaging Options Direct and FedEx. FedEx tracking history showed a long string of address 'problems', corrections, and failed attempts to deliver to what was very obviously not my address. POD said it was FedEx's problem and to contact them, and FedEx said it was POD's problem and to contact them. It left POD bearing a shipping label with my correct name and address, but somehow during transit another label was applied, with another version of my name that had not been anywhere in my order information, and someone else's address which I have never lived at. A third shipping label was applied over the first two, with an alternate version of my name and the correct address. After receiving it, I peeled back the second and third labels and saw that the original label was undamaged. All of this strongly suggests identity t!@*t and I noted this to both POD and FedEx. POD claimed the problems were entirely FedEx's and POD had no responsibility, warned me that the customer service reps at FedEx don't speak English very well, and declined to help any further. Since POD chose to ship my order through FedEx, they do bear some professional responsibility to make sure my order gets to me safely, i.e. without identity t!@*t via the shipper. tl;dr Packaging Options Direct: Unreliable, Unprofessional, Uninterested in customers.

Verified reviewOverall, everything was very good: bottles and caps are of good quality and they arrived in a short amount of time. The only problem I have is that I had to order bottles by the dozen and caps in quantities of 50. So when I ordered 9 dozen (108) bottles I had to order 150 caps to go along with them. But that's really has to do with the type of cap that I bought. Other caps from your company were available by the cap, so I would've been able to order 108 caps to match. Seems kind of trivial but I had to spend $8 I wouldn't have otherwise.
