It’s happened on 2 or 3 separate occasions. But once I was able to order all was well! I really appreciate that you list products that go together (like jars & bottles the same size lids) on the same page

Verified reviewMy order for plastic jugs was never delivered. I tracked it to over 20 different back and forths and finally to Colorado, but never to me in Augusta Montana. I talked to them, emailed them and never got the jugs, nor my money back. Ignorant company.

Verified reviewUnfortunately we found out the hard way.....all of the cases with glass bottles in them were not taped on the bottom so when we grabbed the first box all of the bottles fell out and broke. We then knew to flipp each box over holding it shut so we sould not break anymore. Not sure who packed the pallet but they should be retrained.
