I have done business with TricorBraun for my candle jars for a long time and I have never had a problem...this review is not about TricorBraun but the XPO Logistics company in Tyler Texas that delivered my product. The manager of XPO Logistics was the absolute rudest person that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He lied about my delivery and told me first that someone showed up to make the delivery at my house and then when I told him that I have cameras at my house on the outside that record any activity and alerts me immediately of anyone coming to my house and I was home all day because one of my children stayed home ftom school because of feeling ill and I was home all day he then retracted his comment and said they tried calling me to which they did not. They had my product for a little over a week and did not make an attempt to contact me to get my order delivered. I had to hold off on sending my customers candles because of XPO Logistics and them not getting my order out to me when they recieved it in a timely fashion. TricorBraun is a good company with good product and priced fairly but because of whom they had to deliver my product I have to choose another place to do my business with. Mark who is the manager at XPO is a liar arrogant and extremely rude. If XPO isn't the company that will delivere your product from TricorBraun then by all means do business with this company, but if the delivery company is going to be XPO Logistics you would be wise to look elsewhere.
