  The jars are perfect for our needs in bottling honey. Wish they won't so expensive but this is the best price I could find on the internet for a skid of bottles. Last year I bought from another supplier and paid $1500 delivered now it is over a $1000 more. Everything has gone up but our original supplier from last year quoted just under $5000 for the same amount as we bought from TricorBraun. I would recommend.

  I ordered glass jars and bottles, the boxes came without any "FRAGILE" or "THIS SIDE UP" stickers on them, resulting in six broken bottles with shattered glasses throughout the entire box. Obviously very dangerous and contaminating to the bottles that hold my product.

  Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this company. After never receiving my order the first time around, they had sent a replacement and upon arrival several glasses were shattered. I’ve reached out in regards to this and have still not heard back. Very disappointing. Save your money.

  These jars matchex identical to my previous tubs ordered elsewhere. The only thing I noticed was that a couple lids seemed to be a couple centimeters off (cilindrical wise) when turned down to total closure.

  I ordered a case (32ct) of jars, I received 64 jars. I called in to let them know their stock would be less 32 jars. I offered to pay for them although I did not need them. The associate had me pay for the additional jars and additional lids, she tried to offset the shipping as I was technically not getting more jars. She said she would contact the warehouse to not send the additional jars, but to ship the additional 32 caps I was ordering. A few days later I received my 32 lids and an additional 32 jars. Now I need 32 more lids! I do not need 96 jars but I am not calling in again! I am not willing to pay for more jars that continue to be shipped incorrectly. The jars were a great price and I am excited to have them for my homemade vanilla but the customer service at this company is wonky at best!

  Loved that the bundles were packed in biodegradable peanuts. I wish my 4 dozen 2 oz bottles had all been wrapped in one package. Packaging woes aside, the bottles and droppers and other tops are perfect for my needs. Thanks!

  Tjhe clear plastic bottles I ordered were perfect. But I am giving four instead of five stars for the following reasons: 1) Shipping is slower than most other vendors. 2) The packaging in which the bottles arrived was packed very poorly. The bottles were in a clear plastic bag, which was dropped into a GIANT box. On top of the plastic bag was about 50 feet (we measured) of crumpled up brown kraft paper. So wen UPS handles the box, picking it up and dropping it onto the shipping floor, conveyor belts, the semi pallet, the UPS truck - nothing is UNDER the bag of bottles. All the crumpled kraft paper (50 feet worth) is jammed onto the top of the bottles. Ridiculous waste of paper and ZERO protection for the bottles.

  The site was very easy to navigate. The pricing for buying in bulk is great. Just what I was looking for as a small business. I received my items in great condition and just as the website described. Shipping costs were the cheapest I have found so far. Other sites I was paying the same amount in shipping that my order was if not more. So that was really a HUGE seller for me!

  The site was not the easiest to navigate. I made the mistake of ordering bottles and caps and not noticing that the bottles come 70 in a case and caps come 40 to a case. Using my 7th grade math I would have to order 4 cases of bottles and 7 cases of caps. so I ended up making two orders and spending over $55 for 70 little bottles and have 10caps left over. Even though I made an error the price and exorbitant shipping charge (taxable) made me glad that this will be a one time order. Quality was good and shipping was fast. I suppose this is similar to why hot dogs come 12 to a pack and hot dog rolls come 8 to a pack.
